Which was awesome because I had already driven to Eloy from Tucson and didn't want to have a wasted trip. Recent trip was on a Friday, I did have to wait for their workers who were working on an engine. The office people were very nice. The workers who loaded did not seem to know a lot about hay and tried to load some really moldy stuff, but they were nice about setting it aside and loading a better bale. I gave a fourth star for the help they gave me when they were closed. The hay prices were average. It looks like they also do transport services according to the website.

They have an excellent selection of dog and cat foods, both dry and raw/wet, for great prices compared to other stores. On top of that, the family that runs the store are some of the most educated people I've met when it comes to animals. They always have excellent advice and recommendations when your pet has an issue, and on top of that they are actually licensed to sell certain medications. Customer service is always at 100%; employees show care, look genuinely happy to be there, give great advice about the dog food, and they always offer to carry your items to your car. I greatly appreciate this family owned shop having the advantage of returns when your dog doesn't like the food. All they ask is to return it in its original packaging. The customer service rep called the online rep for us and followed all of our instructions including FREE shipping to the store. A few days later our order showed processed and we were charged shipping and it was coming to our house. We immediately cancelled the order and re-ordered again. And, of course, we lost our 24 months 0%. But, we've been fighting with TSC for 3 months for them to refund our shipping. Multiple calls to customer service stating it will be paid within the week. Filed a BBB complaint, and TSC tried to blame us saying we "changed our mind" and that they don't refund shipping when you change your mind. They still won't accept their mistake. I might go into the local store to buy a few things, but I will never order anything online from them. Our credit is now impacted because they will not issue the refund that they agreed on 3 separate phone calls. Also, beware of applying for a credit card online to use immediately. My partner applied for a new card since I missed my 0% opportunity. As soon as she got approved and the order payment was to reflect the new credit card it kicked her out of the system with no way to finish the order. We were trying to take advantage of sale pricing so waiting for the card to arrive was not an option. Buyer beware.

On that return visit, the girl up front played with our newly adopted dog, gave her some treats, and then gave us a sample of all the other flavors. This was critical since our girl would not eat most of the flavors. She loved the Beef and Liver and even the chicken, but I could have been out lots of money trying to experiment. Those samples were critical to finding the best food, to which she now gets a medley mixture, of tasty food. We also love the beef lungs and various beef sticks, as those are her favorite treats. Our girl loves visiting the store, stopping by to check out the baby chick's, and getting lots of love from the employees. This is not a true Dillard's experience in my opinion. The quality of the clothing was very disappointing and did not reflect what I normally associate with the brand. The store felt cluttered, and much of the merchandise appeared cheaply made, with low-quality fabrics and poor construction. While the pricing is lower, the items felt more like fast-fashion pieces being marketed through a secondary outlet rather than discounted versions of Dillard's standard offerings. I personally prefer fewer, higher-quality pieces. Dillard's is known for better fabrics, cleaner cuts, and stronger structure, and I would rather pay more for something that holds up over time than buy items that feel like they would not last beyond a wash or two. Unfortunately, that level of quality was not present here. The overall environment also felt uninspiring and somewhat depressing, which made the shopping experience less enjoyable. This location did not align with what I look for in clothing or in-store presentation, and it is not a place I would choose to shop again. If you are expecting the traditional Dillard's quality and experience, this clearance center may be a surprise.
