I just always assumed that the Tractor Supply was always for farmers and never paid it much attention. Turns out it is much different upon a first visit over the weekend. They have cool clothes, hats, a huge pet section, shelving, tools, all kinds of useful things like hitches, trailer parts, actual trailers, and so much more to see. So glad that we decided to drive a little further on our weekend adventures and check this store out. My wife and I each ended up buying $30 to $40 worth of stuff at great prices. They had a lot of patriotic and American themed items which is right up our alley, especially on the 250th anniversary of 1776. We bought some cool items to celebrate that including Moon Pies and Ball jars. They had some kind of pet clinic or something inside the store. Reminded us a bit of Petco or Petsmart. People had their cats or dogs with them. It was great to see. We bought some treats for our bestest girl at home. We will definitely return. Great first visit. read more

We ordered a safe Nov 2025 in the store because we had just gotten a TSC credit card and wanted to use it immediately. The customer service rep called the online rep for us and followed all of our instructions including FREE shipping to the store. A few days later our order showed processed and we were charged shipping and it was coming to our house. We immediately cancelled the order and re-ordered again. And, of course, we lost our 24 months 0%. But, we've been fighting with TSC for 3 months for them to refund our shipping. Multiple calls to customer service stating it will be paid within the week. Filed a BBB complaint, and TSC tried to blame us saying we "changed our mind" and that they don't refund shipping when you change your mind. They still won't accept their mistake. I might go into the local store to buy a few things, but I will never order anything online from them. Our credit is now impacted because they will not issue the refund that they agreed on 3 separate phone calls. Also, beware of applying for a credit card online to use immediately. My partner applied for a new card since I missed my 0% opportunity. As soon as she got approved and the order payment was to reflect the new credit card it kicked her out of the system with no way to finish the order. We were trying to take advantage of sale pricing so waiting for the card to arrive was not an option. Buyer beware. read more

I went in the buy some chicks this morning not having any clue what I was doing and thankfully Emily was there to help! Good Prices On Gun Safes, Not Easy To Get Them After Purchase. Well tractor supply has a good sale on some gun safes and I just so happened to be looking for 2 of them. It said they were in stock online so I drove 35 minutes to go buy them. I got to the store and they apparently were in stock but I could not buy them because someone had put them on layaway at one point and even though they showed in stock and I made the drive I was out of luck. So I ordered them and was give a 7-10 day estimate for when they would arrive to the store. I got a call a week later being told my safes were in stock now, so in the truck I went and when I got there only 1 was there and they couldn't find my 2nd safe... Ugh.... They were nice and offered my the next size larger for the same price, but that wouldn't fit in the place I wanted to put it, so I grabbed my one safe and went home. A week or two later the other one showed up and my 3rd trip was made to get what could have been done in 1 trip. Recently found out I can use pine pellets as cat litter - it is way cheaper than good quality clumping clay litter, lasts longer, eliminates cat urine smell completely, and is more friendly to the environment than clay (strip-mined!) so what's not to love? Other than if my cats don't take to it and I am gifted with random "kitty treats" all over the house haha. Pray for me. ANYWAY, Tractor Supply is THE place to get pine pellets. I was psyched to see that they also have great prices on pet food and supplies. My choice of cat food is a couple bucks cheaper here than Petco and Amazon. Score! This store is So fun. I honest ly thought in was going to be a dull store like the Home Depot but from a woman's point of view I'd shop here every day if I could. It has everything from clothing, home decor to adorable baby ducklings and even chicks. Fairly recent opening of a Tractor Supply off of Arizona Avenue and Riggs Road. Convenient location. They carry Carhart brand clothes, pet and livestock feed, occasionally they have chicks, tools and hardware and lots more. they are opening at 8 a.m. Monday through Saturday. employees are generally very helpful and always polite. You can pick up vaccines for your pets, like the 7 in 1 and 9 in 1's, but I would never recommend those. Overall a great hardware type store. read more

I have no words to describe the feeling of what this multi billion dollar company is putting a small hard working family through right now. last year we secured a contract with TS supply them with product. we supplied six stores with product and delivered it to them to a tune of $25,000 out of our own pockets. The contract we have with TS says we are to be paid within 10 days of the product being dropped off. Them accepting the product also accepts the quality. It has been 60 days since we have dropped off the product, with the managers of each of the store who have told us that the product is selling extremely well and everybody's very happy with it. We still have not been paid by tractor supply. Not only that, but they refuse to communicate with us for absolutely no reason. We have inquired on the status of payment with no response. We have inquired on whether there is an issue with the invoicing, with no response. They will not return phone calls. They will not return emails. They refuse to allow us to speak to anyone in accounting. we have to email to their general email. They have broken multiple terms of the contract and have left a young family with young children unable to afford food and face losing their home. Now we have to pursue legal action ourselves because we cannot afford legal help. These big companies don't care about anyone. please don't support them. support your small local feed stores that are family run. read more

The store itself is fine... the people are very nice. However, their customer service is lacking. I put in a rain check for an out of stock item about 4 weeks ago. I was told 4 days to pick up. After 3 weeks I looked online to see that most of the stores in the area had it readily available in stock. I took a drive out to the Queen Creek store and found the item there no problem. The store and the people are just as nice... Like I said it has been almost month and I still have not been notified that it is ready for pickup. Visited the Chandler, AZ store today. I asked one of the two girls on the floor where an item was located. She pointed me to an area in the back of the store.. I went into that area and never found my item .... I looked for more help and found the same two girls talking with each other.... I asked again where the item was located. The same girl walked me toward the same area, indicated the item was down an isle and walked off. No other associates were available as I had additional, product questions. I left the store. About as helpful as a fence post in the middle of a cement pond! Definitely not the normal customer service I have received at other TS's. Thankfully there are several TS's in my area. read more

Sadly I waited a year for this place to get better before I posted a review. This place is horrible! I come here every three months to buy pellets and it is always a mess every time I purchase them... The staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing in the back. they send me upfront and then out back and you wait for up to 45 minutes sometimes for them to load the pallet... they even scratched my truck door with the loading machine... they forget to load everything you purchased in the online curbside pick up so I'm not sure what kind of processes they have for employees. Never in my years of owning horses have I've been to a place so mismanaged. I really hope the manager steps in and does some training so customers are treated a bit better! Employees up front are always sweet though... hoping my feedback in this review helps because it didn't help when I talk to the manager months ago... read more

Tractor supply is so much more than tractors, they have everything you need to run a farm and fun toys if you are visiting with your kids. I have two pet pigs so I needed to pick up Ivermectin. No one else carries this item in the area except for them. So I journeyed out here and was surprised by what I found They have a variety of offerings from chicken coops, wagons, livestock food supply, clothing for humans and animals along with toys related to farms for the children to peruse. I picked up what I needed but then grabbed myself as many pig related items that I could find. I found plushies, little pig models, gingerbread barn and pig cookies along with pig themed Christmas bags to hold their Christmas presents. The customer service in the store was fantastic and I will be returning in the future. They have a free rewards program that you can enroll in. I gave this a 4 because the prices are a little steep on some items but I can see that because it is a specialty store they have to price things adequately. read more

I've seen other reviews in the past that the employees here can be rude but being that it was the one location that had the product I need I was stuck going to this one. Let me start by saying I am fully aware of the hours on a Sunday, most business close early so while it was a incredibly annoying to drive up with over 20 minutes before close and have a female employee walk outside to tell me "just so you know we close at 7", I wasn't offended. They want to go home too, I get that and respect that; however, there's an appropriate way to communicate that and the tone was rude- there was no greeting and I was followed into the store and peppered with questions asking what I need. Can I not walk to the aisle without you? Not looking for anything I buy the same product every couple of months I know where it is and would have asked for help had I not. I grabbed a couple of items for the dogs all from the same exact section and was glanced at the stack of dog beds on the way back to the front. It has now only been 5 minutes since walking in. I know this because the sooner I can grab what I need, the sooner I can gtfo before my toddler-who refused to nap since he loves to make Sundays that much more enjoyable- is teetering the fine edge of an atomic meltdown or an atomic meltdown combined with the ever so loving pterodactyl scream that all parents enjoy so much. You know, the one that feels as though your eardrums are bleeding? In other words there wasn't any lollygagging on my behalf. It was at this point, EVEN THOUGH I'm walking literally straight to the one cash register, another female employee felt the need to ask what I'm looking for and somehow felt the need to say that the store closed in 10 minutes. Because the first female 10 feet away didn't apparently get that message across. Not sure, but that split moment of pure lack of self awareness on her behalf was as just ample enougb time for my toddler to spot the tonka trucks strategically shelved by the front register to which now the whining commenced. So thank you for that distasteful comment and tone i am not officially annoyed af. Do I look like someone who loiters? Why is that even necessary with over 20 minutes prior to close? Less than 10 minutes, sure, maybe one reminder is sufficient but over 20? I can assure you, I wanted to make that trip as short as possible like that rest of you. But it's honestly really rude and frankly annoying as hell to be reminded every couple of minutes. I wouldn't return to this location for that very reason. Stop harassing the customers, I think the message was pretty clear the first reminder as your cashier walked outside to mention this to me and two additional customers And your cashier could definitely use a tutorial on practicing normal people skills. Didn't say a word to me as I checked out. Apparently could not be bothered to hand me the bag and I had to sit there and reach down by her to get it and didn't bother to say goodbye, or thanks, nothing. I'm super impressed with there customer service. I recently went in and was having a problem pulling up a coupon. By the way, I love being greeted when I walk in. Seems more small townish. Conner and ?a manager? was able to figure out my coupon issue and got me on my way. I feel like they went above and beyond. They could of just said, "oh well, too bad for you" ... basically. One of them even walked me to my truck and loaded up the heavy stuff. This kind of customer service seems to be a thing of the past so it's nice to see it does still exist! I'm a Tractor supply fan and was delighted to find one in Mesa AZ. Just like all the others they carry a number of brands of feed and horse supplies, the cashiers are friendly and all the people working there are helpful. The thing about TS is there are some limitations in what they can stock. They have a decent variety of feeds, pet supplies, medications, equipment, boots, jeans, shirts, home/barn decor, tools, toys, etc but not a wide variety. This is understandable as trying to supply everything one can think of would require a bigger store! The service is good, the prices reasonable and they will help you load purchases. Many offer reduced pet vaccinations periodically. They even carry plants and poultry chicks in the spring. I love this store. read more

Purchased a pressure washer from this location. Was told it worked and all parts functioned as new. Tried to get it to work and was unable to. I replaced the spark plug and confirmed oil level. Like anyone else would do, I tried to return the washer. I was told by Kensy (acting manager)that I lied and I didn't purchase the item from her store. So she looked me up in there system and could see that I purchased it from her store. I also showed her my bank acct transaction showing her store location. Kensy then told me I should've know I was buying a piece of equipment that was broken and I wouldn't be able to return it. Kensy was sure to let me know that she no longer believed most of her customers because they lied to her often. When asked if she was calling me a lier Kensy changed the subject. I'm really disappointed with this company and they're business ethics. If you're going to sell an item it should at minimum work as it was meant to and if it doesn't then it shouldn't be sold. read more

MAKE THE TRIP TO ANOTHER LOCATION! We went to the Chandler location to exchange a couple items we had bought a week prior. Since we were already there, we decided to do some additional shopping; my husband saw some boots on sale and wanted to try them on. He started to pull on the boot but the security tag was down where the ankle would be. Really? Not near the top? I asked the clerk (Michelle) if she could temporarily take the security tag off as he couldn't get his foot in comfortably. If nothing else, move it to the top of boot. My husband has bad knees and had two knee braces on. He definitely was not planning to steal them, let alone run. Reluctantly, she removed it and stood over him while he tried it on. She informed us that they get homeless people in there and they try to steal the shoes/boots. It sounded like whomever came in was, in her eyes, homeless (people may be less fortunate, but that doesn't mean they are homeless). She automatically took a negative stance! Given the encounter we had with Michelle, my husband decided he didn't need the boots that bad! Moreover, she didn't need the sale that bad. We finally got to the counter to exchange the items we originally came in for and she said "what's your phone number, name, last name" so my husband said what do you need this information for, that's when her attitude got more rude! She flipped the monitor screen around and said in a snotty voice, "you're returning something, right"? My husband said, I'm exchanging it. Horrible experience!
