Since I shop there often they always give a paper coupon as well as load it to your online account. Well, figuring the Kohl's cash would be on my app I threw away the paper. Once your Kohl's cash becomes eligible to spend they will send an email that you have kohls cash to spend and give the time frame to spend it. I had $80 worth of kohls cash but because something was not entered correctly there was no email or anything. It wasn't until 2 weeks after I guess it had expired I remembered it. When I went to check my transaction history there was nothing to be found on the app in my purchase history. I feel like that is the most important thing you could do as an associate at the register for this company. What a fail and loss of money especially during the holiday season. On a side note tho, only giving your customers a week and a half to use kohls cash is pretty ridiculous. 30 days seems more practical as well and reasonable to show appreciation for your customers.
