We also had a ton of questions, even up until delivery. Heather took us right to the perfect couch, and texted many follow-ups and calls. The delivery was handled with such care of our home and the installation was fantastic. The owner even reached out to us after hours about a voicemail that we left with detailed answers. Promised several times to get it done, but instead I heard every excuse in the book. No communication! I had to call. Over and over. My husband and I even drove over ( hr and 1/2 drive) on the 3rd time to get it and was promised she'd have it done in a week and 1/2. Nope ANOTHER MONTH WENT BY with no communication.
