The deli service has improved greatly in the last couple of years. Sometimes, when an associate is sweeping, the isles, they make me feel like I'm in their way. I don't like that. It can be difficult to get service in the electronics department. What you really have to watch out for is the other customers, some of them really don't understand the concept of watching where they're going, be it in the store or in the parking lot, they will step right out in front of you with no hesitation. They treat that buggy they're pushing like it's some kind of magic armor. Like I said tho, it's a Walmart.

I spoke with the cake decorator to ask if what I wanted could be done, and she said it could. I picked up my cake on Jan 25th, and it was PERFECT! It was exactly what I asked for. The cake was beautiful! Every single thing I asked for was done perfectly! The lady who brought the cake out to us even gave us specific instructions about how to carry and open the box to avoid messing up the cake. When I served the cake at my party, several people asked me where I got the cake because it was so pretty AND it was so good! The cake was moist, and the icing was just the right amount (not too much or too little). People are quick to complain, but not many send compliments. I want everyone to know that this cake, and the people who made it are exceptional! They deserve praise for their work!

Their "Texas Kitchen " has food to go or dine in. I had not planned on doing breakfast here, but they offer huge portions of well cooked food. I got a breakfast plate which was so generous I could not finish it all. The employees are friendly and helpful, even taking your groceries to your car. They also offer curbside pick-up. I have been in several other smaller United grocery stores which were great, but this one is much larger and offers more. At home we have an excellent grocery store popular in Texas and known by three letters. But if this United grocery store was in our town I would shop here.

I have bought from this shop several times. The mom & daughter are friendly, very accomodating, always attentive to help their customers find what they are searching for.
