This is a much needed store that competes with Artifacts, the second act, and every other thrift store, but has its own unique vibe that is different from all of the others in Iowa City. When you think of small business, this is it. I highly recommend giving them a look because if you're a little bored from the Iowa City thrift scene, there's a new show in town and the matinee is worth the price! Sellers also know they consign. To be honest, the high price tag most of their items have is a bit out of my budget. And with over half a dozen other women's boutiques in the area, I'd probably choose to shop at any of them. BUT I appreciate what this women-owned shop brings to Iowa City. Upscale goods not offered elsewhere in the area and a pleasant shopping experience. This is one of two locations in the state of Iowa (the other is in DSM.)
