As I walked up to the front door I noticed that weekly/monthly specials were posted. After walking in I was immediately greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable employee who helped me find exactly what I was looking for -- I said rawhides when what I really meant was Bully Sticks. :) I spent around $45 on a nice assortment of dog treats (they have a very large variety including a multitude of small training type treats), a bully stick ring, and Tibetan dog chew. Who knew?! I believe the front half of the store is dedicated to dog items, middle of the store for cats, and then at the very back of the store in kind of a separate room is the food. Had I not just bought my dog's food, I would have looked to see if they carry his brand. I did notice they they carry a large selection of FROMM foods, which I've always been a fan of. They had a cute table of gourmet dog treats that you could use to create your own mixed assortment. Might try this next time. If you need a funny greeting card, look no further. They carry the Avanti brand, which is my all-time favorite. They offer some harder to find subject matters like pet-loss, pet-sitting, etc. Prices are more than fair. Everything I bought could be found online, but at more expensive prices. Excellent customer service. Conveniently located in a strip mall with UPS and my favorite Chinese restaurant in IC. Plenty of parking.

Unfortunately, after bringing him home, I found out he has roundworms something I was never informed of. I was specifically told he needed to see a vet before I could pick him up, which gave me confidence he was healthy. I paid a significant amount, and now I'm facing additional unexpected vet bills to treat a condition that should have been disclosed upfront. I also made it clear that I have another dog at home, so this situation could have easily impacted more than just one pet. To make matters worse, my vet mentioned that they've seen similar cases from this same place, which is very concerning. Another red flag was not being allowed to read the terms of agreement myself they were only read to me. Looking back, that doesn't sit right. I understand that puppies can come with health risks, including parasites like roundworms, but transparency is everything especially at this price point. I feel let down by the lack of honesty and communication. Again, I love my pup and wish the best for the other dogs there, but I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from here to ask detailed questions, request full documentation, and be fully aware of potential risks before committing.

Although we arrived around 8:30pm Maura took our English Pointer mix to the dog park to exhaust some of his pent up energy from the long car ride. They made our dog feel right at home by welcoming him into their home and even letting him sleep on their bed. Although he was only there for 13 hours or so I got a pic and text updates. I would highly recommended and would definitely use them again next time we're passing through.
