So, needless to say the shock I felt at the Kingman Walmart was astounding! The employees smile! They act happy there! They actually HELP the customers!! We met a gal who was shopping on her DAY OFF. She saw we looking in the water, and she stopped to help us. I asked if she worked here- and she did. Her name is Iris, and she is AWESOME!! Though we didn't find what we were looking for, she left no stone unturned! Absolutely amazing customer service skills- and Walmart should know what a great job she's doing. We also came across cashier Janet, and whom I think is her supervisor- Susan. Both ladies were so wonderful! There was also a lady in cosmetics that walked me over to some products- the CS at this store is nuts!! Whatever is happening here in Kingman- please spread it East, North, West and South!!! TJ Maxx offered clothes, body products, makeup, home goods, snacks, and more. The downfall was the customer service. Going to the perfume area, a separate customer and I got the same perfume bottle coincidentally at the same time. I observed that the customer opened the box to sample and smell it, which required several pumps of spray. One of the staff members asked for our names and indicated that the perfume bottle would be available at the front counter. When finishing the shopping trip, the staff member left me the perfume box that the other customer used and took the new box that was supposed to be for me. The perfume box provided to me at the counter was slightly tampered with. Even with this situation, only an apology was given with no sort of accountability. No intervention was offered, not even a discount. Overall, this TJ Maxx was nice and well-stocked. However, the overall customer service did not meet expectations as anticipated.

They have lots of ponies and horses and little horses, goats chicken roosters pigs geese. My daughter loved the pony ride so much that she begged me to write the bigger horse. I was so nervous for her, but she really enjoyed it. Of course you ride at your own risk keep that in mind and keep an eye on your children because as I mentioned on one of the pictures, they say that a horse doesn't bite, but I got a bruise from the bite. The horse bit my daughter first. And they said oh no, it doesn't bite. And I thought maybe it just nibbled on her and she got scared. However, then the horse bit me and I got a little bruise. So yes, the really big horse does bite. Also beware because there is another horse there that says not to feed a carrots and it does say on the sign that it does bite so keeping eye for signs really read the signs before you pet any animal. Some of the horses cannot eat carrots they have like a special diet, so please be respectful of that and do not feed them carrots if it says no carrots it can be for different reasons can be because they bite or because they're on a special diet. The whole staff is super friendly and nice. I really enjoyed talking to all of them and getting to know them. This place is huge. Expect to be here for a while and really enjoy your time. There's so much to see and do. My mom and daughter and I all of us got in the train ride, which was so much fun!!! Honestly, I think everything is pretty reasonable price. They do sell drinks, food, honey, eggs, even duck eggs. I think they do birthday parties, which is awesome. I also seen for the summer. They do rent out the pool area so that sounds fun. I would highly recommend visiting during cooler weather or earlier in the day so you can enjoy it longer without the heat draining you. The farm itself is a little hidden away, but they do have signs posted for parking, which made it easier to find once we got close. One thing I really liked is that admission is completely free, although they do have a donation box at the entrance if you'd like to support the farm and the animals. There were quite a few animals to see including horses, donkeys, goats, ducks, and pigs. The highlight for us was feeding the animals. Make sure you buy a bag of carrots because the animals definitely know visitors come with treats and they'll come right up to you expecting snacks. The goats especially were very eager and entertaining for the kids. I also noticed they host events here and offer pony and horse rides, which would be really fun for birthday parties or family gatherings. Even though it's a simple little farm, it turned out to be a fun and relaxing activity for kids and families looking for something different to do in Las Vegas away from the Strip. Overall, we had a good experience and would probably come back again when the weather is cooler.
