At this point even a refund is all I want because I'll be damned if I support their products. They simply do NOT care! Zero absolutely no regard for basic customer service! These stores are very much alike. They have some low quality and mediocre quality clothes. Service is very nice. They offered a 10% discount on stained products, that's nice. My concern is with the new Burke's it can backfire on our small town putting both places out as this has happened when stores tried to compete in the past for Kingsvillans. One discount outlet is enough for this very small town.
