Bought an ultra limited from corpus christi harley davidson. Wanted to have the driving lights stay on with high beams and was told it would be 85 dollars when other dealers dony charge for this. Then they tried to charge me 160 dollars. One year later bike has a stumble and almost stall when coming to a stop after driving a few miles. Went in and asked to talk to a tech and was told no you can't talk to a tech. The sales department is all about selling you a bike but the service department is a joke. My bike still has a warranty and I live 10 minutes from them but I'll take it 2 hours away to another dealership before going to them ever again. read more

From explaining the bikes, starting them, and showing us the new inventory of bikes and vehicles. The other employees inside were very nice and also provided help. They also recommended coming on the weekend for a grill out and stated they were giving free burgers & hotdogs. This review is long overdue. I found the bike I wanted on Cycle Trader, which was listed by Corpus Christy Harley Davidson. I did the online request for information and Josh called me. I felt very at ease working with him, and knew pretty quickly that this was a person I could do business with. It was a long-distance purchase, and Josh handled it wonderfully. I bought a plane ticket, flew to Corpus and headed for the dealership. Jo in finance had all the paperwork ready, Josh had the bike prepped and ready, and it was quite a stress-free experience. I finished the purchase and headed home on my new bike. I also have to offer praise for Kevin, the service advisor. I had ordered LED turn signals from two different HD dealers and after two months on back order at both dealers I was not pleased. Stopped by CCHD while on business at CCAD and asked if they had them in stock. The parts Lady had just sold out but was expecting another shipment in a few days. When I returned home from business trip I called CCHD, they had received the shipment so I bought the front and rear sets, paid the shipping and CCHD shipped them to my local dealer in less then a week. My husband and I went to the Harley store today to look at bikes as we've been knocking around the idea of getting motorcycles. We were a little intimidated by the idea of going to Harley store as we know nothing about the culture or anything but as soon as we walked in, everyone in the store said hello. Warren, one of the store staff, came over. We told him we were still looking over the idea of getting bikes. At a car dealership this would have an automatic cue to blow someone off but instead, Warren was amazing. He asked what we were interested in and spent a good amount of time showing us the different models and explaining the differences between them to us. He was so super patient and awesome that we now WANT to get Harleys. He could not have been more accommodating and friendly. After we were done poking around he walked us over to the lessons area and patiently answered all the questions we had. With customer service like this, we know where we'll be buying our bikes when we're ready. read more

I brought my 06 Road King in for a couple of issues and they took fantastic care of me. First off the Service Manager Kevin was thorough in asking me questions about what issues I was having. After finding out it was my first time at that dealership, he took me on a quick tour and introduced me to a couple of others in the store. So if I had any other questions I knew who to ask. A couple of issues took some diagnosing and Kevin kept me informed, brought me into the shop to look at things, and also introduced me to Jacob, the tech working on my bike. Jacob did a fantastic job for me, he diagnosed one of my problems was a broken wire and was able to use parts in the shop to make a more permeant repair. Even though I was not in for any brake work, they were concerned about my rear brakes, showed me what the issue was, made a suggestion to replace pads and rotor and pointed out the front brakes were fine. Jacob was thorough, saved me on parts I didn't need, and showed care for me and my bike. Now, Marco, in sales on the other hand.... I'm just kidding.... As my repairs took significantly longer than I was expecting, Marco continued to check in with me through the day. He did a great job building rapport. And offered several times to do a test ride with me if i wanted to check anything out. We did go for a ride later in the day, even though I was not in the market for a new bike, he took his time, was courteous and did a great job. read more

She recognized me, by name, which blew me away. It's been a long minute and you have hundreds of people in and out of there. She asked who helped me so much last time, and found Erik for me. Erik is this incredibly passionate leader - who is just intuitive and solid, and so knowledgable. He introduced me to Gabe. The rest of the day was phenomenal. I can't describe the attention to my very, very specific needs, the teaching, the respect- and they worked together for hours. Gabe taught me things about the evolution of Harley motors, and how that affected stability and weight distribution. We didn't just look at bikes and decide which one is flashy and exciting and jump in. Though I tried. THey just kept steering me through. That's the normal way I buy things and a common sales method. If I liked a bike, Gabe quickly showed me why this felt comfortable here and not there. Mid controls vs. forward and just all the nuances of seats and upgrades and options. I've never had such a guided, educational, holistic experience in any major purchase. Let alone something as personally life-altering as this. We found some possibilities and they ran financials. They were able to get me in for a much much better deal than I'd anticipated. Jo worked her magic again. Mike checked in. Erik, was there constantly like this guardian angel, dropping in with support and a passion for his career which is rarely seen. When we found my bike, I sat on her and cried. Like cried. When my financials are in place this week, I'll be back. With undoubtedly more gushing reviews to share. I wish I had more than words, or was better skilled with them..... We decided to purchase a new Tri-Glide for our 50th anniversary and other Dealers were unable to accommodate us. We came to Corpus and what a difference between dealers across the nation. We found Corpus to be a happening, excited, growing dealership with generally great folks doing a very good job. The social atmosphere is wonderful and their communication to us was on par, honest and open. The only negative I could see was a little lack of experience in the parts department. (which I am certain will get better as time goes by.) We drove a 2018 tri-glide in Des Moines when we were there but they didn't have a 2019 in stock. I prefer the drive from Harlingen to Corpus to visit the HD dealership than patronizing the ones near me (San Benito and McAllen) due to prices and merchandise options. Their showroom is larger and they generally have more clothing and other items than my local dealers. read more

My rating is based on my great experience with the parts department. Those people are great I wish I knew their names but I don't go In there that often. Very knowledgeable and friendly over the phone and in person. I had purchased a wire harness to install my Spectra glow. Long story short I can't read instructions and have little patience. The lady at the counter is the complete opposite she was able to help me and I was able to install my glow kit for my bike. read more

I don't ride a Harley so my experience is not biased. The Harley dealer offers a good variety of retail items for riding and clothing apparel. The store overall is clean and well kept. The sales people are friendly. My boyfriend took the riding course through them and had a good experience they even included food for the riding course which I did not get in a class I had taken through someone else. They have tons of bike nights and so called parties there each month for riders to get together. My boyfriend bought a Harley and we got it the same day rather quickly all cleaned up and as you waited they kept you busy on a poker card game which won you prices (tshirts, gift cards, etc). Our experiences at Harley have been good but as always Harley brand is just overpriced, but I must admit I have bought clothing from them and its lasted and well made. Will I ever give in and ride a Harley? Only if its gifted to me.. hehehee Honda all the way! lol read more

I recently went to this dealer to test ride a specific model motorcycle. I was greeted by friendly faces and introduced to Rubin, a sales rep. I told him what bike I was interested in and what features I wanted to Check out, for instance cruise control. He got the bike ready, showed me the features and led me on a very nice ride giving me time to check out what I wanted too. We arrived from out of state on a rental bike with a minor issue(rear air shock hose rubbed through). The service dept. took the bike right in and opened a warranty repair order immediately. While we waited in the showroom we were treated like guests and our host, Salesman Reuben, even arranged a demo bike and a gift card to a local restaurant so we could have lunch. All in all a great experience considering the circumstances we were there under. If we were local we'd have bought a bike for sure! read more

I've been to several Harley stores and I have to say I'm disappointed in this store. It's not for any other reason than they have the 30.06/30.07 signs posted. This is Texas folks with all the incidents of criminals going into places and hurting civilians I believe business owners would want to ensure law abiding citizens would be able to protect themselves and your property as well if needed. Store looked nice on the outside and they had the 2018s out for test rides but you won't get my business or business of other like minded individuals for this reason. To the owner, this is something I hope you take into consideration and make a change. I was coming in to purchase some highway pegs and get my inspection completed on my bike. I'll just wait till I get home and keep it local I guess. I was looking forward to purchasing some shirts and poker chips for myself and friends as well. If you change your policy let me know. Had some wobble issues with my 2013 Heritage. Skyler and Gene both looked at the tires and it was determined that the rear tire spokes had come loose. Joann (wtg Harley and Joann for having a female mechanic) explained in detail what was happening and that she was concerned with the safety of the bike. Gene went to work finding tires and rims with all the parts to change over. He called within a day or two with a few options all of which I loved but the price. Still you have to go with safety first. Told him lets do this and he ordered everything. I thought about it and finally called Harleys main customer service number and explained all that was going on adding that is repair had been made twice before. Harley stepped up and cover 75% of the cost, and the dealer pick up some, leaving me with a amount I was more then happy with. Now riding down the highway safely!! Thanks to Skyler, Gene and Joann. Worst buy experience in my life! While buying my second bike from this dealership I was promised a luggage rack by my salesman Frank and the sales manager Kevin, no problem they said we will make it happen. After the purchase I tried to get my rack as promised on three separate occasions only to waste a hour of my time each stop. Finely I was told they promised me nothing and was not getting anything. BTW the promise was made infront of multiple witnesses. Liars and thieves ! read more

I bought a forward control kit two days ago from this dealer, when installing the kit, using a torque wrench (set to the low end of the ft lb that the instructions instructed), the bolt that is built into the shifter rod snapped. I figured since this was a manufacturer defect (since it broke before it could be tightened) Harley would replace it under warranty. I was wrong. They wanted 50 bucks to replace the defected part I already paid for. They continued to tell me it was my fault that it broke. I can't imagine such a big brand being so money hungry. I will never buy a Harley product again much less go back to this dealer in town. read more

Don't get your bike serviced here!!! Started when I first bought an airfilter from them and had them remap my ignition for the air filter. When I got my bike back the right rear turn signal wasn't working. I took it back and they said it was a bulb. I got it back and the turn signal still wasn't working right. I pulled the cap off and immediately saw it was a single element bulb they put in when it was suppose to be a dual element to control the brake, signal. They still charged me for this work even though they messed up. I had new handlebars installed by another Harley certified shop. I brought my bike back to Corpus Christi Harley to have a rear flat tire fixed, and to cover up the control wires with a cover. and left the whole left side of my controls weren't working. I pulled over and noticed a bad kink in my wires that I suspected to be broken due to it being zip tied down and restricted from moving with the triple trees causing a pulling and kinking in the wires. I called them and told them about this and they asked me to bring my motorcycle back in again. No where in any Harley manual does it say to zip tie down the wires. This was done out of inexperience from he technician. The wires must have movement or they will pull and kink as you turn the wheel. Now they want to charge me more money to fix their mistake. I also have a full factory warranty which they didn't accept as payment for their junk services. My bike doesn't even have 5000 miles on it yet. These technicians, service writers at Harley Davidson of Corpus Christi are a joke. read more
