He even suggested samples to make sure our dog would like the food before going all in and making an enormous purchase. Seriously, how many sales people would suggest samples, instead of trying to somewhat force you to purchase a $50 bag of dog food, that your pet might not even like? Sadly, we have purchased food at a rival chain, and it went to waste. So, we were glad he mentioned samples, along with various pet treats to work on her dull coat. Bottom line, he was concerned about the overall customer experience, and that's what we liked, and sets this store apart of other chains. By the way, his name was John.

Huge toy, collar, leash, harness, food selections for any size dog. Everything was reasonably priced and "natural". I ended up getting my pup some new food, a very nice leather collar, and an easy walk harness all for under $70. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to try out some more natural products for their fur babies! Also, the staff were incredibly helpful and had great attitudes. They helped me find the right harness for my pup and even helped me size it to perfection!

Since none of the vendors at the Horse Park had any, we were forced to look elsewhere and ended up not too far away at Wise Choice. It's an easy drive over. Housed in a renovated home, it's easy to spot with all the trailers parked in front. The staff was incredibly helpful. We had a dog with us, and they welcomed all of us in and even gave the dog a few treats (after asking if it was okay). They had a lot in stock and prices seemed pretty typical. If we are in the area again and in a tack-related bind, we won't hesitate to go back.

He's pretty wobbly but we've been so lucky to find wonderful groomers. Due to Covid restrictions, she met me just outside the front door at my appointment time. We talked for a few minutes while she checked out my little guy. Then she scooped him up and said ok, he'll be ready in two hours. She texted a little while later to confirm the price and the time to pick him up. When I got there, he looked gorgeous and smelled delicious!! He was a little tired from the experience but so alert. I can tell that he feels like a million bucks since his haircut. I absolutely love that the grooming is by appointment, he's there by himself and cared for from start to finish by the owner.

They carry anything you could possibly want for your property. Tools, accessories, vehicles, fertilizer and even yard decorations. They offer top quality clothing for men and women. Staples foods and unique snacks. You can even purchase chickens, ducks and rabbits there. There are aisles of products you cannot find anywhere else and all for very reasonable prices. I specified the Georgetown location because I prefer it over the Winchester store. It seems cleaner, its lighting is brighter and I have never been in the Georgetown store and not had excellent customer service. As farm supply stores go I think this store is top notch. If that were the whole story, this place would easily get five stars. The three-star rating is due to the fish. We've bought fish from here multiple times, and unfortunately we've had ongoing issues--fish getting sick (ick) or dying shortly after bringing them home, even plecos (which are supposed to be hardy). This may be different now, but because of our experiences we've decided to avoid buying fish from here.
