When the female groomer finally came out and told me she didn't have time to schedule my dog. She told me to go to the front counter to get him scheduled. I got to the front counter to schedule my dog and pay for his bath only to be told that he couldn't do it and that I would have to find Sonya. I asked him if he could get her to come to the front. He refused and told me I would have to find her or I could just go online to schedule. I was standing in the store, why would I go online. On the way to bathe my dog I happened to find Sonya. She was very courteous and assisted me with scheduling my dog and she was very apologetic for the treatment I received. The others in the store need to learn what customer service is.
