Whens some the of the plants didn't grow the way Roger thought that they should, he took it upon himself to replace them quickly, which we appreciated. Roger and RAL also maintain, check, shut off, and turn on our sprinkler system, and they are right on top of things with our system, repairs, adjustments, etc., they do it all. Their prices are fair, their work is done right the first time, and Roger is an honorable businessman. We would highly recommend them without reservation.

Staff took time to show different trees and looking at all the different varieties. I opted to have Allen's deliver and plant for us. They were very accommodating when we needed to reschedule twice. The on-site install crew was very professional, hauled away all debris and left the yard in pristine condition. Also did an excellent job staking the trees. My experience in the store was good; however, I did a lot of researching for the stove I wanted to…read morebuy so I didn't need much help from the staff to make a good decision on what I wanted to buy. The delivery was okay up until I watched the delivery guys notice that the stove has a ding in the stainless steel on the side of the control panel. I watched them observe the damage and try to do things to make it look unnoticeable from my window. Of course they continue to bring the stove into my house and set it up like nothing ever happen. They never mention the damage hoping I wouldn't notice it. I never said anything because I needed the stove badly for the cooking holiday dinner and my last 1 year old stove caught fire in my house so I didn't have time to waste on getting another one delivered. It was cosmetic damage and didn't effect the performance of the stove. I had to mention this so others are aware on how shady these delivery people can be so can't trust them. Make sure you go over your delivery and watch them like hawk from time they are taking the product off the truck until the time they want to sign off on a successful delivery.

I called the fencing company peerless fence. Remember that name peerless fence told me that the fence is not under warranty after less than a week. I have to pay to have this fence repair. We weren't even behind the flatbed driver he decided to pull out in front of my wife and when he did a rock came off his truck bed and landed directly on my windshield. They charged us $300 more than quoted and had our tractor for over a month. Got it back and didn't even get through a full mow before the belt that they apparently replaced came off. Called to ask what exactly was repaired and they couldn't tell me except a belt and battery was replaced......we paid almost $800. They pick the tractor back up and have the tractor for another month! I call to find out the status of repairs because it had been so long again and was told the tractor has been done and they don't know why no one has called to let us know. They just simply forgot about it because it wasn't on their "list" of callbacks to make. Not sure what that means but just wow on the whole experience. My sister took her tractor here too and did "name drop" the same referral. She received completely different service- she paid much less and got her tractor back within a week. Guess who you know helps you out here which is unfortunate. Everyone should get the same service no matter who you know.
