We also saw others in the same predicament. Okay, so we gathered what we thought we needed and went to check out. One register open. The lady checking out was obviously a cat women, one full carriage with individuals cans. The clerk is ringing up her order and carrying on a nice conversation while the line grew to ten people waiting. The blue shirted workers continued their apparently very important conversation. Finally, one worker came out of somewhere and open a second register and got the line moving. This store seriously lacks management.

We were always thrilled! Caylee had to cancel our appointment, so we booked Emily because the man that called recommended her. We bring our dog to be groomed every month, so when Emily made the snotty comment that she was a mess when we dropped her off yesterday, I KNEW that she wasn't very good. I mean for goodness sakes, we bring her more often than most people. Were you trying to cover up that you do a terrible job? Caylee never makes rude comments and makes her look like a beautiful princess. Emily hacked her. She shaved her tail without permission. It looks like a RAT'S long shaved tail!! I have never seen anything so terrible. Emily, how dare you! You should be ashamed of yourself. If you had called I would have told you that we would come and get her and don't you dare shave her tail! Yes, we will go back when Caylee can groom our little girl again. I would leave a picture but I won't embarrass my little girl. She knows she looks ridiculous. I can't believe we paid $150.00 to be devastated. Recently I purchased at a large black and orange butterfly kio for $150 + tax. It died within 5 days of being in my pond. I never saw it eat and attemp to eat. It just stayed at the bottom. I contacted the Luckys several times about it before finally being connected to the owner. The owner basically said there is no exchange or refund policy on livestock and he assumes no responsibility. I find this a disheartening waste of money and lack of appreciation to a loyal customer. Cockapoos are hypoallergenic and have long, thick, curly hair which can be challenging to groom if you don't know wtf you're doing. And to top it off, they have the customer pay then they bring out your dog after you leave a tip. To all dog owners, if you truly love your dog, I advise you to stay away from this shit show. As someone who knows nothing about saltwater fish keeping, I literally picked his brain for at least a half hour and came out feeling like I had made my final decision to move forward with a new tank. But still. I was unsure about set up and maintenance. Guess what? Matt has extremely reasonable rates for in-home set up services and monthly management! Stress? Gone. As far as his supply- I was pleased to see he had quite the assortment of fish and coral for sale! Tangs, triggers, clownfish, live rock, small coral frags, etc. He's even getting in a supply of seahorses, jellyfish and octopus soon! Can't wait! Everything looked well kept, clean and I saw no dead fish, whatsoever (maybe Petco needs to take note, lol). I cannot wait to start my saltwater journey and I know I'll be shopping exclusively at Fishy Frags for my new pets!

They also carry Oma's Pride raw diets. They also have a good selection of healthy treats on hand. The Pet Barn does carry a small selection of collars, leashes, toys, and cat litter, but it is primarily a pet food store, so do not expect entire shelves of toys and leashes. There is typically one or two staff working at a time, both of whom are kind and friendly. One of the staff owns a beautiful purebred Keeshond who acts as a door greeter. This store is rarely packed, so one should be able to go in and out in just a few minutes. The Pet Barn represents how it was like before Petco and PetSmart came about.
