I really appreciated that small bit of communication. It made me more relaxed handing over my two fur babies to a new stranger. It had been 3 months since our 2 dogs had been groomed, usually it's a once a month date with the groomer. They came back to us looking like a million bucks. They looked and smelled great. I felt the prices were right, but the customer service team at the front desk needed to be a bit friendlier in my eyes. The girls seem a bit distracted and forgetful. I had to tell them how much I owed them. They undercharged me. But otherwise, I'll be a returning customer for a long, long time. I highly recommend Misty and Shear Perfection. Our first visit with her and her team was shear perfection!

But once we got in line to checkout, it took longer to find the food. The cashier was helping out a customer and answering a lot of questions. I wasn't sure why another cashier didn't open up to help out. But nevertheless, we got the cat food and saved the day! Decent place a lot of stuff for your pet needs and they even have fishes, birds and other small animals for sale.

I have several animals including dogs on my property that are not safe for cats. I tried to do the right thing by bringing them to the shelter and when I arrived, I was met with judgement and dismissal. The lady with long dark hair, who claimed to be one of the managers said that they can not accept cats because of the cost of spaying and neutering. I offered to pay for that service to ensure that these cats would be cared for and maybe given to someone who would love them. She then proceeded to scold me and tell me how irresponsible it was to have a non spayed cat and how irresponsible it was to surrender them, I again stated that these cats were dumped on my property and I was just trying to do the right thing so that these cats don't end up dead. This lady was the rudest, meanest, most horrible person I've ever came in contact with in my whole life. She absolutely should not work with people or animals and instead should take a course on manners and compassion. I thought I was doing the right thing by bringing them to a shelter. Had I have known that I would be scolded like a child, talked down to, and been straight up disrespected, I would have never went. It makes me absolutely sick that people like this lady work in a industry meant for saving and caring for animals! SHE is the reason there are so many dead animals in this city because people would rather ignore the issue than to go to their local shelter for help. If the cats couldn't be accepted here, she could have been nice and given suggestions on what to do or where to take them. But she was worried about the animals at all. She was just worried about going home because we got there at 3:45 on a Friday. Immediately after we walked out of the shelter she walked out and got in her car to leave. Again, I understand that there is a stray problem and I was just trying to do the right thing for the animals sake. It would be way easier to dump them. I now know why there's so many strays and roadkill. It's because of people like her. I hope this lady's job is taken away from her because I wouldn't let her run my business if my life depended on it. She was HORRIBLE!!!

I will never set foot in a PetSmart again in my life. 40 mile round trip for nothing. Last time I was there I tipped over $50, when the Polish woman was working. This air head lost me for life.
