Starting in October 2025 I was looking for a Tractor Supply Mini Bucket & each week we were told that the company only sent in 8 buckets and the employees were taking them & we would never get one. I do not know if that meant they were stealing them or buying them but I thought that was strange because at that same time on Facebook Market place they popped up for sale for $10-$20 / bucket. Shouldn't there be measures in place to prevent employees from doing the? In December my Wife went in and she was literally laughed at my a Tractor Supply employee stating she would NEVER get one as they are taking them and they are not allowed to order them (This is a Lied) !!! I meet the Manager at the first on January who ordered me 20 and gave me a rain check and said they would be in, in about a week, this did not happen. 10 days later and no phone call, I called them and got a rude lady and accused me of being ugly to her and hung up on me. I called manager back next day and was told the following Monday two trucks were due and it would be on truck. Never received a call! I called back on Tuesday and spoke too another employee stated they did not arrive. I do not know whats going on with Tractor Supply but other places throughout the USA get them on a regular basis and now they are offered in multiple colors. So, is it this store or are the employees running her store or what? Manager stated she hasnt received these items a world wide trend since before Christmas but she hasnt seemed to be bothered enough to find out why, employees are still running around lieing to customers and she, her self is not fulling her promises she made. I do not care if you state you are going to call someone, at least make the effort to leave a message, text, email, some thing!!! Tractor Supply itself doesn't even have a valid way to report issues via customer service and this is why I am writing this!!! Should it take 4 months to get an items like a Mini Bucket, I do not know if I am even interested other than making them full fill their obligation too me! This is truly absurd! Facts are this, Do Not expect to get a Mini Bucket from Northport or Tuscaloosa, Alabama Tractor Supply as the Employees take them preventing customers from getting them: FACT! * * I am curious what measures Manager has taken to investigate to find out what, if any investigation took place as every employee is going to deny it, but if they have images up on their socials or they have any at home, they are caught and should provide proof of purchase; Fact!
