This is not "one cage needs to be cleaned" bad it's like "not a single cage has been cleaned for months" bad. It did not used to be so horrendous and there's the same amount of small animals as before, so it's a cleaning issue. On the bright side, if you're looking for a groomer Rosa is top notch! 5/5 for her. I won't likely shop here until it gets cleaned but I'll continue to take my dogs here for grooming.

There were three employees standing by the register. I was told they already closed the gate and couldn't sell me hay. When I questioned the time, they replied that they had no control over the mistake online. When I told them I desperately needed hay and would settle for one bale, I was refused. I returned to my truck and noticed the clock read 4:58pm, and yet they had already pulled the doors closed. They just lost a regular customer.

Mike worked with me over the phone to buy deer food to be put aside and picked up by a friend who is feeding the deer for me while I'm gone. He was doing this as he was taping up the doors and windows due to the dangerous smoke levels. I really don't know what more anyone could ask for. They have my unconditional loyalty. They only had alfalfa available since straw has been hard to come by. I was looking for some for my garden since a bale of hay is equivalent to a small package of it if I went to a garden store. The straw usually is about $12 a bale when it's available. They said to check back in October. So I might call then for the following season. But at least they had alfalfa if I wanted that. They do carry taste of the wild dog food and some other random ones as well. They sometimes have chickens and they seem to have a small amount of horse tack and halters. Plenty of parking in the lot. By the way, Elm Feed is outside of Fresno near Easton. It is definitely outside of Fresno and a 10-12 minute ride from downtown Fresno. The worst part about having to do touch-up paint on walls is the number and colour no longer exist - even though the paint is from the same company. We had great help today. His service was top-notch. He was friendly and calm, and tested different colours to come up with the closest match. Even though the colours were off when we tested it on the wall, it's his service that made us remember him. Good job, Ace, for hiring such a special person.
