I always have to clean up when I go in to use the pet washing and sweep up the floor before I bring my dog in there. Nobody ever cleans this place it's always nasty with hair everywhere. Then they want to charge you full price when there's no towels no shampoo. thank God I brought my own towels and shampoo Plus the dryers only blow cold air and there's no adapters for the blowers is just a hose. What I witness today was very unacceptable actions from employees that didn't care at all an elderly man waited out back every bit of 10 min waiting for his hay I was waiting for my friend to get out of place next door and walk around back he waited all that time then kept ringing bell another 3 min went by he look like he was trying to see what that door was because he knows people that get hay always usually come out quickly he opened the door my windows were down had to be I felt since I was so closely parked close to him close to back door. If I had to help in case no one did. Veteran as well I found out shame on this place He opened door I could see three young kinds no apologies for him waiting for his hay jumped down his throat for opening the door I talked to the man while he was waiting. Kind great manners older people have a right to get answers where's the respect that's right store 560 has none.I was getting ready to go in store he meant no harm he is 66 year old very wealthy man that needs his supplies for his farm . When he told me his name I knew his Son very well and new what a classy family that always seemed down to earth but money never made them act like jerks I witnessed today When the kids I called kids were to busy scolding him still not one budge to get hay still he still waited Assistant Manager came to back one young man called former to come back there. Store 560 I am sickened where is lack of concern a lot of older people especially Veteran might have thought they were being robbed and trying to help no matter what he is old and didn't need all this. Also getting hay usually means just driving around to the back and someone will help load it up. The new curbside pickup due to covid is also a super breeze. Stopped in to Tractor Supply to possibly find some Lodge Cast Iron pans that a friend told me were on clearance from Christmas. Unfortunately, the cast iron pans are a seasonal item and were sold out. My husband and I had a good time perusing the store. We're not farmers but my husband is an electrician and found some tools here that he needed. We also bought a cute outdoor wall thermometer for our back yard. Service at the register was friendly. I heard the woman at the register talking to a customer about raising chickens and giving the customer some tips. It's nice when folks that work in a store can answer questions about the products they sell. You can also find pet supplies, backyard garden supplies, and farm animal feed. We waited because again we've been coming here for years. After 20 minutes of us waiting because we really needed the food they come out and said nothing. My daughter had to ask one of the guys hey so you don't have it? And he just said oh did we forget about you? I felt disrespected and upset. Prices for that are pretty good because it comes in the bigger sizes. You would be surprised on the selection that is available anything to do with pets and or animals can be found here. My first time in a Tractor Supply store... yeehaww! From what I saw, they supply things from pet food to clothes and even truck bed lockers. Wish I could have explored more, but I was on a mission and went straight for my objective, which was a 3 x 4 horse stall mat. I'm building a garage gym, so these mats have a solid build and can help lessen the load on the concrete from dropping weights. This review is for anyone interested in purchasing live chicks from this place. I visited the store approximately 2 weeks ago and found a dead chick in the pen with live ones. There was a smell coming from the pen that anyone could tell was not poop smell it was the smell of a dead animal. The employees seemed oblivious of this smell as several passed by and didnt even pause once to check. My girlfriend had to go get an employee to remove the dead bird. Today 3/17 visited store again and this time all water bowls empty or full of shavings so birds could not drink, told employee about and he said they get fresh water in the mornings, this was at 11 am they could not have filled the bowls or drank all the water in 4 hours time. Even though they are livestock they should still be better taken care of to ensure the customer are receiving healthy birds. read more

The staff is also like this- sometimes they're helpful, sometimes not. It's a crap shoot with these guys.
