I ordered a smoker from Tractor supply online. it shows it as assembled. I rented a trailer to pick it up and when I drive around to the back there's a fork lift with a designating box ready to be placed in my trailer. I was under the impression that The Smoker was assembled as it didn't say anything about me assembling it. The guy said we only have two and the assembled one out front is sold. He told they could try and get it assembled tonight and I could come back tomorrow and pick it up. Needless to say I'm not on his schedule and I already wasted my day off and trailer fees. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THEM. NOW I HAVE A BOX THAT I DONT EVEN KNOW IF ALL THE PARTS ARE THERE, SITTING IN MY GARAGE. AND THERE IT WILL SIT AS I Don't HAVE PATIENCE TO PUT THIS THING TOGETHER. WASTED 500$. read more

Really well supplied & versatile store that provides everything from boots/clothes, survival gear, farming needs galore, & pet supplies. I went in to find a new pair of riding boots but their selection was very minimal. Nonetheless, the custom service was really refreshing. Gentleman told me about the sales, assisted with my searches and got the fitting room opened quickly. When I left, I realized I couldn't find my car keys and ran back inside. When I went to the last area I was shopping in, two women asked, "Are you looking for a pair of keys? We just brought them up to the front". Oh what the relief! The people here are honest & friendly - and that made the visit special. Great supply store! read more

I was in Tractor Supply tonight my phone wasn't working, I asked Trudy at the front register to borrow the phone she told me to go outside and my phone would work, she said it was Company Policy they weren't allowed to let customers use the phone .My wife checked with two other stores in Las Vegas , they said they never heard of that policy. Had recently purchased a 100lb 25 gallon propane tank! Had to purchase a regulator for it that had to be adjusted periodically. After removing the regulator and checking all the valves making sure they were in the closed position I heard a hissing sound and noticed the c/o sensor was shutting down the generator and noticed a strong odor of propane as well!! I called as well as stopped by to see what the process for return and was informed to bring it back with no problem. Today I took the tank in for return and was told that they couldn't return the propane tank because it wasn't filled at their store and they couldn't fill the tank because they were responsible for paying for the propane! Mind you it cost me because of the leak!! There are no signs stating about the no return policy posted anywhere, plus this could have been relayed by the associate on the phone and the employee I spoke with in person. I paid over 200.00 and the responsibility was put on me to contact the manufacturer!! read more

I recently purchased a new "open box" cub cadet zero turn lawn mower from the parumph Nevada location. I originally went to buy a different machine but was strongly steered to this "new" just slightly damaged during shipping unit. I was told it had scratches and small dents, but the motor and drive had never even been turned on. I got the unit home and was able to cut my grass 2 times before the unit lost power and would no longer run properly. I took it to a local repair shop where I was told the unit has a bent push rod and metal shavings throughout the engine oil. the diagnosis is that it will need to be rebuilt and I should contact the dealer due to the age of the machine and it should be under warrantee. I talked to the manager, but I was transferred to the assistant manager for some reason and was told that they would not be honoring the warrantee. Buyers beware this store is clearly up to shady business practices. I am currently applying for a permit from Nye County to picket this branch. If you have had similar issues with tractor supply, I look forward to seeing you out at the event. When the permit is approved, I will update this review with the dates and times. This place seems to have it all from trailer light bulbs to work boots. I walked out with two bags of roasted peanuts and a wench for my four wheeler. My friend left with a new pair of jeans and a fuel cell for his truck. The funny thing is neither one of us needed anything other than to use their restroom when we walked into the place. I'm in the store I bought an electrical fence to keep coyote off of the property the electrical box did not work first time around I got hassled on the exchange for a new box then I got an electrician for the second box he said the box was no good so I took the second box back I told them what was going on and they would not put the money back on two separate cards it is almost like they did not want to give me my money back at all they were saying it's impossible to have two boxes not working I could tell you as a truck driver freight does not stay still in the back of your trailer it moves it shifts it falls but yet these people want to sell it to you always Not to mention they are very rude people in there yes I am talking about the manager named Mike Plus the store cannot get any new things in there they keep selling the same stuff over and over and over women's clothing read more

I love Tractor Supply, and I don't even own a tractor, or a farm. The store has a wide variety of animal supplies, all the way down to things dogs, cats, and chickens need. Prices are good, selection is good, and the store is easy to navigate. We were impressed with their selection of other things too such as tools, various parts for trailers, nuts and bolts, tires, batteries, the list goes on and on. Visit the store, you wont be disappointed. Note, DOG WASH ON SITE! They have a sweet set up in the back, a dog wash room with a few wash basins to wash those big fur babies of ours. I believe, now don't quote me on this, the soap and towels are provided, all you need is to bring Fido. read more

My husband ordered a grill that he had been researching for months. Paid a lot of money and we waited. The grill was shipped to the wrong state and then sold to someone else. They did not try to make this right and have yet to refund our money. Our first time shopping here...will be the LAST. Horrible experience and my husband is highly disappointed because his grill search begins again. Spend your money somewhere else. Wish I could give 0 stars. read more

I don't even want to give them 1 star. This tractor supply location is very unprofessional! I called at 9am asking if the had 4health canned puppy food. The person said yes it had gotten shipped in. I told them I live an hour and a half away he assured me it would be ready by the time I got there. It's now 5 hours later and they have still not found it. This is beyond frustrating I just drove almost 2 hours with my puppy and am still waiting. They should have told me it would not be ready so I didn't drive almost 2 hours wasting my time. The manager mike didn't help at all said there was nothing he could do. I am very angry. How unprofessional. I am currently waiting with my puppy for them to find it. What a joke read more

I was in tractor supply last night to get my dog washed. I waited out front with my pit bull for 45 minutes. Apparantly someone was in the was area for almost five hours, washing a huge dog. Let`s get real here, why arn`t there any rules enforced here? Like how long you get to wash your dog in there. An hour would be reasonable to most of us, but five hours really??? One couple walked out while I was there, they just gave up. I heard the man ask "Is there a manager I can talk too?" The clerk said no and told him that the same people with the huge dog have come in before, for four and five hours at a time. What a cluster. It sounds to me like they need to hire new management in Pahrump Nv. read more

Wonderful place, I've never had a problem. Employees are amazingly helpful and the store is clean and organized. There's a small problem with people taking to long with the dog wash but that's not their fault. I go there all the time for anything I need for the farm. read more

The Pahrump store needs to make improvements to their online ordering/raincheck/in-store pick up policies. I ordered merchandise through TSC Customer Service, was told 10-14 days and 48 days later the complete order had NEVER arrived. My raincheck was only partially complete, I was told that merchandise would be held until the order was complete for pick up. One week after the 6 weeks of waiting, I called to check on the order only to be told by the manager (Mark) that the merchandise will probably NEVER arrive and if we DO NOT pick up the partial raincheck in two days, he will put it on the floor to be sold. The people picking up this (much needed) merchandise had to drop everything and make the long drive to Pahrump to pick up in fear of losing it. This was very disappointing, since during this entire process, I was extremely patient and always kind to the TSC staff. I will NEVER use this store again. read more

Many years ago I worked for a farm supply that handled similar products as Tracktor Supply. We prided ourselves on service to both the general public as well as commercial farmers. In my two trips to the Pahrump store, I was appalled at the the staffs' lack of knowledge, service and common courtesy. In my last trip, I bought a large dog cage and had to take the display even though the inventory showed it was in stock. A friend who accompanied me helped me to partially collapse it and with great dfficulty get it into the car. The staff could see our difficulty but offered no help. Although Tractor Supply has a wide variety items for immediate pickup, you pay a high premium for this. read more

Very frustrating. Went to Tractor Supply in the evening to wash the dog. After waiting 1/2 hour for someone else to finish up, we peeked in the doors to the dog wash. Someone was in there brushing their newfoundland dog. The dog was completely dry but they had him sprawled on the floor, taking up the whole dog wash area so that no one else could get in to wash their dog. Dog hair everywhere. We mentioned this to the cashier. She said they had been In the room for 4 hours working on their dog and this was not the first time they had done this. There was also someone else waiting to wash their dog as well. The employees would not ask the people to finish up because other people were waiting. We were just told we would have to wait. Outrageous and rude on all parties part. I don't understand why the people with the Newfoundland think it's their personal dog wash and have no consideration for anyone else. We had a cart with $125 in merchandise to buy, but put it back on the shelf instead. My husband is disabled so even if we wanted to endure the wait, we could not. No provision offered by the store to help us out either. read more
