We were expecting it, but it's still very hard because he's been a part of our lives for so long. My Goldendoodle was crying and searching for him so I hopped in the car and we came here, not realizing that this is the same bakery I used to take Max to. The owner handed him a treat which he sniffed, but didn't take. I let him pick out some Puppy Yogurt that I was told is made with Goats Milk and gentle on their tummies. He picked the Peanut Butter Banana flavor. I went to pay and realized I'd left my purse in the car and by this time was beginning to tear up. I explained our reason for the trip and showed her photos of our buddy Max. She then suggested I get a photo of my other day, but he was too busy with all his emotions I believe and in the end I just gave him a hug. Payment for our goodies was refused and after our goodbye and promise we'd return we were on our way. It was an excellent place for us to spend part of a difficult day.

She came back with bruised and swollen ear tips, a wonky cut and no nail trim etc. she was also scared of my husband who is her best buddy. The store refunded and said they reviewed video with no evidence of wrongdoing. I just took her to a different groomer who told me Alexander has been named in such things previously. My dog is wiggly and energetic. I don't expect perfection, but the expectation to not be traumatized is bare minimum.

It's incredibly hard to work with and anytime they give you one of these reusable bottles they are only 1/4 of the way full. So we picked up a feeder and mixed bird food. Unfortunately it very quickly turned into a scene from Hitchcock's movie the birds. There were hundreds of them no exaggeration taking over our yard. Our next play to address this was to move the feeder to the front yard a very much less wooded area, and although the count was lower there was still over 100 birds who emptied the 2 quart feeder in under an hour. The birds when walking out to the feeder in the front yard simply flew up to our roof and we were concerned they would start using the yard and house as a dumping ground to camp at. So we stopped by this store to see what options there are for attracting only a few blue jays or just the some of the small yellow finch birds. We received excellent advice and picked up some specialty feed that does not generate a mass bird attack but instead an enjoyable view of the occasional pretty bird.

This is an outdoor shopping mall, a moving away from the traditional mall concept and yet it has its own issues (especially during winter). Like most malls, Perry Crossing has experienced some of the more traditional anchors going away. You've definitely got some of the familiar places from a traditional mall - JCPenney, Yankee Candle, Bath & Body Works, Claire's, Dick's Sporting Goods and others. Food options here? Bru Burger, El Toro, Hot Box Pizza, Schakolad Chocolate Factory, Rocket Fizz, Stone Creek Dining Company, Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, and Theo's Italian. There's a Barnes & Noble here. There's AMC Perry Crossing. There's a splash pad for the kiddos. There's a family restroom between Zales and Yankee Candle (also available for nursing moms). Curb cuts are solid. Accessible parking is plentiful. Because this is an open-air concept, be aware that as accessible as everything is you'll still be going from store-to-store outside for the most part. So, plan accordingly. I generally do fine here, however, for those with mobility concerns or who might require assistance it's important to remember that during inclement weather you're not really protected from the elements. Overall, I like this shopping center. Things are well labeled, well organized, and parking is pretty reasonable. While it's not my favorite Indy retail spot, I often forget how much I like it until I am here.
