Store was pretty well stocked with many early Black Friday tool promos. Generally the tools on sale are a great deal the non sale items will be a good deal unless that item is on sale at a different hardware store. I have had good luck with my Bauer electrical tools so I added a new remote radio that can use my existing battery to my collection. They do have a very in depth supply of most electrical tools and an in depth area for car repair tools. Tons of wrenches and sockets as well. Definitely worth checking out if you need a tool or home repair item. Also much smaller so you don't have to navigate a giant big box hardware store. The staff though may not have a ton of knowledge so do you research on what you need before you go. The one item to be aware of is that all the power tools only have a short 90 day warranty and if you want you can pay more for a longer warranty at checkout.

We went to get concrete blocks and some treated 4x4 lumber and we were able to secure all of those. We had a very helpful guy at the register that found the concrete blocks online and then rang them out for us and then told us where exactly in their big store to find them. Of course the cost of everything these days has gone up but usually it is not too bad. Saw a lovely outdoor patio set I would like to have but we were not in the market for that on this day. Picked up some cleaning supplies though and a piece of foam board I need for a craft project. We will continue to shop here and another location on the south side of Indy.

Lowe's staff Dulce and Bobby were amazing at having the order ready for me, I got a text to confirm once it was placed as well as when it was ready for pickup. They loaded it into the back of my SUV as well which is absolutely fabulous and helpful. I will definitely return again to this Lowe's, and remember next time how easy the online order and curbside pickup is, if I know in advance what I need.

Then I said "great we are doing good" since she didn't say anything. I'm sorry but it's not difficult to respond to patrons. If it is then maybe you should not be in the front area checking people out at the register. It's sad to see how good customer service has declined in most stores. The selection of items is decent but I'll go to a different location next time where the staff is much friendlier and more welcoming.

She was so friendly and enthusiastic. She seemed to really enjoy her job. She chatted with us about our color choices and how one of them was one of her favorites. Checkout was quick and simple. My family loves out of state so though they can provide guidance I'm always stumped as to where to go for certain items. Now I have found it and better yet they give great advice! My war with squirrels brought me here. I needed chicken wire to deter those pests from eating my freshly planted tulips bulbs. I called and they had 3 varieties to choose from. When I showed up, it felt like I was stepping back in time and I loved every moment. I was greeting and given guidance to what I needed. The gentleman even considered price when making a suggestion to me. Not trying to up sell or give me more than what I needed to get the job done! In the back of the store they still have a scale to sell nails by the pound. At the front counter they can make a duplicate key for you and it will probably work the first time, unlike the key machine at the chain hardware store. Furnaces and parts for them are available here. Sinks, faucets, drain parts are all here as well. Only 2 employees, so if you live in the neighborhood, you can get to know them and make this your one stop shop for hardware. You can look around in here, but you should really ask to find what you need because some of the stuff they carry is in the back. I really enjoyed my short time here because it reminded me of the hardware store I grew up visiting with my Dad when I was little.
