I mentioned that I was looking for something escape-proof and he let me browse, but let me know that I could bring it back and they would work with me if it didn't work. Even though it was expensive, I'm happy to report that it did work and I got my cat to the vet and back without any escapes. Even the vet was impressed because it had a little zipper top so you can reach your hand in to pet your cat and help keep them calm. I'm not sure it that feature is for the cat or the human, but it made me feel better too. I didn't browse anything else, but it looked like they offered lots of healthy-focused pet foods. They also had a table with adorable dog biscuits by the checkout. It's a small store overall, but it's very convenient if you're shopping at the nearby Kroger like I was.

The staff here is always very welcoming and friendly. They greet you as you come in the door, they help you out with things you need to find, and how to use the washing system. The place is nice and open, not too crowded lots of options all over the place, which makes my dog wander around, smelling everything, but most of it is not able to be, eaten on the spot. Everyone that seems to go there is very polite and make sure to keep control of their pets. While I was there three other people washed their dogs and everybody seemed to walk away happy especially the puppies that walked out with a treat at the end. It was much easier than at home to wash the dog (no mess) and with the food, treats, accessories for your pet, it really makes it a nonstop shop in a pretty good location.

I don't usually post reviews but I'm beyond irritated. we took both of our dogs here after our…read moregroomer got injured and we regretted it the same day.. the girls were very nice but the grooming could improve. our male had a cut in his leg (which I would've appreciated if they mentioned it when I picked them up) I didn't realized until I got home and saw him licking it. it wasn't small, I had to get some medication and a cone to keep it from getting infected since he kept licking it because it was bothering him so much. then I saw our girl had gotten knicked on both of her top nipples and she had two scratches in her tummy from the clippers, its been a week and his cut has not healed. Be careful where you take your pups!

I get that the owner must prefer animals-- but since animals aren't going to walk in on their own, human skills are also needed. Those are not skills this owner possesses. Her organizational skills are lacking also. When I spoke to her assistant to schedule the first time, I asked for a fax number to send the boys vaccinations, and after taking the time to do that, this woman had no idea how to access her faxes for some reason, and I had to bother my vet's office again. I took my two teacup Pomeranians here ONE time. One of my poms had a pretty, full coat when he went in, and when he came out, half of it was gone. I specifically asked that he not be trimmed too much. My husband thought we should give the groomer another chance. When I came for a second time, and asked her not to cut it short like last time, she argued with me, swearing she didn't cut it short. Now maybe she defines "short" as shaved to the skin or something, but his hair was so much shorter, that we had to put him in a harness one size smaller. Never had that with another groomer. Not only that, but however she cut his hair, it is not growing back. She basically wrecked his coat, and is trying to blame the dog, saying he has "coat funk" (which our vet says is made up groomer jargon). Rather than blaming the dog, all this woman needed to do was to listen to me when I told her not to cut too much of my dog's hair off. Instead, she had to be right, and had to have the last word. She refused to listen, was rude, and kept repeatedly using this term "coat funk." The final straw was when she said "I didn't give your dog coat funk." No lady, you gave him the crappiest hack job of a hair cut he's ever had, and wrecked his coat. You did that. Not the dog. And I will let everyone know that this is the last place to take a dog you care about. If your dog has any kind of double coat, I advise you to go elsewhere. If you have any special instructions you want implemented, go elsewhere. If you want to be listened to, go elsewhere. You and your dog deserve better.

I've found that they are super nice though if I start with an acknowledgement of how busy they are, or a compliment on my baby's last haircut. The good news is that they are conveniently located, they make the best effort to get you an appointment that works with your schedule, they are reasonably priced, and I haven't ever been unhappy with the results. Pricing was a big issue for me because I have a poodle that needs to be groomed more often. At other salons, I could only afford twice a year, and I was doing a home haircut in between. Needless to say that was not my baby's best look. At this salon, I feel like I can call and make an appointment when my baby needs it, and not worry about the price. So I've bumped him up to three haircuts a year, and I'm thinking about making it four and just scheduling them ahead to avoid the rush of trying to get him in at a convenient time.

Hope called left a very rude voicemail about "I'm never Happy" so just best to "Part Ways" That is a INSANE response. when they admitted to doing it. Then tried to lie about it. Had to get him to another vet who took great care to get him back on track. & tons of real fish. They blocked Me they blocked my partner & then blocked my mother. she couldn't even get her meds for her dog. but her dog started to get better. the food he was prescribed was making him very sick! This company ONLY WANTS MONEY! They DONT care about your animal. They just dont want to be sued! So they block you! Then they tried to send me a whole new piece of paper! that they were suppose to be following. weirdly all in the exact same pen & hand writing! No good try I got the original one first! Do your research a lot of rich older ppl go here & don't have the knowledge and they are taken advantage of. it's truly horrible. I stayed here because my mom doesn't like change. They blocked her for No reason. & me for no reason. They are doing this to people left & right right now. We took our cat to this place. She was very ill and we had to have her put down. The fees to have…read moreher cremated were ridiculously expensive & yet we decided to go with a paw print at least it's something and of course they screwed it up and then said that we had put the request in after the cat had been put down, which was a lie because we ordered & paid for it when the cat was put down! This place is a joke. We had nothing but problems with this place from the time we walked in there I wouldn't take a dead animal in there anymore. Beware the 4% charge using a card & lack of organization. Gave our cat a vaccine & forgot to charge?? Who does that? Very unprofessional. Our pets deserve more respect.
