As I waited with my dog at the front of the store my wife went to look at other frozen food. I watched the oldest lady in the store squeeze our returning item as hard as she could then claim it was thawed. We're local, we're under 40, and we're tired of being treated like thieving trash by these local business owners as they gleefully attempt to squeeze us dry. Only thing worth coming here for is free dog treats, at least my dog doesn't get a shitty attitude and treated like garbage by ownership.

While 1 of the 3 staff members was friendly, we would not recommend or return which is too bad considering we have friends that have lived here for 20 years that will be taking their business elsewhere. I've had no complaints about any of the services we have received at 10,000 wags. Wally knows as soon as I open the car door that he is headed for a day of fun I like in the summer heat that the pools are out and the dogs get to cool off and splash and play together. Be sure to call early because they are busy because they have such fine services. I really like the fact the employees know me and they know my dog Wally I will continue to use their day care services, their grooming services, and board him there when necessary. I feel completely comfortable and happy leaving Wally for a day of fun or an overnight stay I know he will be taking care of and he will be just fine.

I also asked to upload photos so I can see her. Last time the desk person said the message was passed on. When I picked Zoey up, I asked about photos and they paused then said they were TOO BUSY.
