Unfortunately i had a really bad experience with Tracy and the coaching program. I got a package of 6 sessions for $10,000 to help with a relationship . I had only one session of 30 minutes that honestly was not very helpful, and after indicating i no longer wanted to use the program i was not offered a partial refund (which should be around $8,000). Recently asked again, and was denied any refund by Tracey - Since apparently the agreement says "no refunds" and her old company was liquidated. So i end up paying $10,000 for 30 mins talking with Tracy that honestly are worth more like $300. I understand people trying to develop their business but when this happens when clients are more vulnerable, they should treat them with more empathy and flexibility - i got neither! read more

Earlier this year, I woke up frustrated about a relationship. I ran across an article that Tracy wrote. This article really resonated with me and I searched for more of her articles. Having gone through relationship counseling a few years ago and hating every minute of it I was reluctant to engage in any sort of therapy. But, I couldn't stop reading her articles. Tracy is a master at identifying obstacles. It's amazing the connections she's able to draw so quickly, with only small bits of information. She tells it like it is, but she's also kind, disarming and exceedingly easy to talk to. You may find yourself talking about things you'd never expect... but as she often says, it's all connected! I met Tracy about 5 years ago. I was looking for guidance as I was in a relationship that was draining the life out of me, but of course, I could not just let go.
