Over the years my wife and I have had a variety of dental work done at Parkcrest Dental Group, mostly with Dr. Jason Hall. We honestly have experienced no pain. The fixes moreover have lasted. Dr. Hall is straightforward about the work that needs to be done and accomplishes it with skill and finesse. Parkcrest is a smooth operation with competent technicians, cordial receptionists, and superb dentists. That this has been a successful dental practice for 50 years is no surprise. Today I was in for a couple of fillings and a cap. While I don't look forward to having my teeth worked on, this has been the best dental experience I've ever had.

My case number is 2331-AC06419 and I encourage you to look it up as it is public information. The judge agreed with me and I prevailed with a judgement against Randi Green. Background: Randi Green installed a crown in my mouth which she did not size correctly. It was bigger than my original, natural tooth. The now, larger crown crowded my mouth and rearranged the alignment of my bite. Randi Green refused to correct her error, she did not refer me to an orthodondist nor did she offer to correctly fix her mistake. She simply tried to sweep her shotty dentistry under the rug by refusing to take my calls and discontinuing my treatment. During the entire experience Randi Green's office staff were extremely rude to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was left to find a new dentist and orthodontist on my own. If you have been wronged by Randi Green you are not alone. I encourage you to fight for what is right and, if you stick with your cause, you can prevail, too. DISAPPOINTED I was…read morefired from this dental office for canceling my appointment for today. I had an appointment in December, but I was sick with a virus like influenza. (I never was tested to confirm) I didn't think he would want me coughing in his face every 30 seconds. I didn't want to cancel the for today appointment, but when I woke up early this morning, my daughter's cat had taken a significant turn for the worse. (She has had cancer) She could barely breathe and had not been able to make it to the cat box during the night. So, I called the vet early this morning and we decided it was time to help our sweet cat over the rainbow bridge. The vet appointment was right before my dental appointment and I didn't think I would make in time nor did I want my daughter to be left alone to grieve. The dental office was not open yet when I called so I left them a message notifying them of the situation. Then I get a text early this afternoon stating that I would not be able to reschedule and would need to find another dentist. The part that is so frustrating is they never notified me of their cancellation policy! Ugh!! What a great way to end this bummer day.

Dr Strubble has an excellent chairside manor and is very personable. The staff was wonderful, fun loving and very positive. All in all I will not go anywhere else. My husband is now a patient and so is our grandson. They were great with him on his 1st visit X-ray and cleaning. He loved the way his teeth felt and kept running his tongue.
