She offers great incentives for the kids to keep up good dental health. Not to mention she has excellent advice and answers for all the questions from parents too. If you are new to the area, have lo's that are getting ready for their first dentist visit or have kids that may have a fear of dentists, this is absolutely the place to go!

I finally was referred to an oral surgeon. After thousands of dollars out of pocket I got new teeth in February. Fountain view used my insurance benefits and left me paying out of pocket. To this day they have NEVER taken any responsibility for their total lack of professionalism and causing damage and harm to my life. They have no business being in practice. They are in a corporate partnership with an office in Raytown. They had a woman "from corporate " call me to tell me they would take no responsibility at all for their malpractice. PLEASE DON'T GO TO THESE OFFICES! I AM A 67 YEAR OLD WOMAN ON DISABILITY. It has been devastating to go over 14 months without teeth.

I have had many complications including extreme pain, bone chips coming out of extraction spots, teeth not fitting back in after 24 hours. No follow up phone call. After 100 hours pain meds called in and another 100 hours waiting to be seen. Upon being seen the dentist admitted he was completely incompetent to fit dentures or take another impression for dentures that fit. In the I was asked to sign a contract using all 4,000.00 of my insurance benefits and I would owe 327.00. So, when I had a problem I had no-money to go see a qualified dentist. As everything is wrong asked for a full refund of my 2024 dental allowance of 4,000.00. I still owed 327.00. Today I am told owe nothing , that the charges were reduced to 2,000.00 and they will be refunding all monies to the insurance company and they hung up on me. I have no upper teeth. I have been without teeth since December 19! I am a female 66 years old that put my trust completely in the Fountainview corporation and incompetent people posing as professionals. They hung up on me after announcing they are going to refund the insurance company 2,000.00!! I have no savings and I am without teeth. HELP!!!
