I don't know how many patients they get, but that's really cool. The people who actually work on the teeth are all super nice, too. Friendly, and not judgmental about the quality of your teeth. They ask you how much you want to know about what they're doing, which was great for me - I hate just sitting in that chair for hours while nobody really updates me as to why this is taking so long. And the gum numbing stuff they give you REALLY works! The few other times I've been to a dentist, I'd start to feel the work they were doing after a while. That wasn't the case here! The only thing I could feel was the sort of vibrations you get when they're buffing down your fillings, and that makes sense, since they can't numb your whole skeleton or anything. The location itself is really nice - that area of Snohomish is beautiful and has lots of cool stores - and the parking is ample. The only complaint I have is some of the chairs in the waiting room are uncomfortable, but I wasn't sitting in them for long anyway.

I am in town visiting on vacation and cracked my molar in half, and had nothing but a razor sharp jagged tooth left. My friend called Snohomish Modern Dentistry because they are her dentist, and they had me in the chair in less than an hour! They numbed me up, which by the way, I didn't even feel the needle, and got to work prepping the tooth for the crown. They made the crown in-house, and I came back 48 hours later to have it placed. My original appointment took an hour and my crown placement took 15 minutes. This place is amazing! I highly recommend them and if you are visiting in Snohomish and have a dental emergency, this is the place to go! I also wanted to mention that they offered me a payment plan! Obviously I did not budget for a dental emergency on my vacation, and they were absolutely amazing, immediately offering me a payment plan with my first payment happening a month from now, not on site! They didn't even require a down payment in order to do the repair! I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment with Bickford Family Dental Care for an exam and cleaning. From the moment I walked in until I left my appointment I was treated with care and confidence. My Hygienist Aleana explained everything in a way that was positive and informative. Being an older person childhood dental visits and dental care was not a priority. After I was an adult and had dental insurance I was able to get extensive dental work. Dr. Messah made me feel confident that my teeth with care will be with me til the end. What I like most about Bickford Family Dental is that they realize that not only is the patient important but that their entire team is what makes them successful.

Months later I received an implant but the implant literally fell out of my mouth. Dr Chang thought he had not given my bone enough time to heal. So months after that we tried again and that implant also fell out of my mouth. I ended up moving out of state and found an EXCELLENT biological dentist and long story short it turned out that the reason my implants fell out is because the bone where the tooth was extracted was dead. Additionally, that dentist knew MUCH more about biological dentistry than Dr Chang so when I ended up moving back to Washington (8 months later) I suggested to him that he call her so he could educate himself. I was shocked to discover at my next appointment that he never called her. He seemed to be completely uninterested in learning more about the cutting edge of biological dentistry. He was apparently not even interested in listening to what she would have to say. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed in his commitment toward continuing education and listening to the concerns of a patient. I no longer see Dr Chang and have a new dentist in Mukilteo.
