The next morning I turned to Yelp and found Dentists of Mill Creek. Since my tooth dilemma occurred after hours I took to their website and found I was easily able to schedule an emergency appointment. I was in complete shock when they had the same-day availability which I scooped up! The receptionist was friendly & welcoming when I arrived. She helped me set up a MyChart account. My emergency visit consult was $0 and included X-rays of the affected tooth. It was great to know that I wasn't spending an exuberant amount of money just to find out what was going on. I was already scared of how much it was going to cost. The hygienist took me back for X-rays and was through explaining things. Dr. Koh was the dentist I saw and she was fantastic. We reviewed the X-rays together and she was able to explain why my tooth broke (huge sneaky cavity). She was straightforward with the care plan she recommended and clearly reviewed the obstacles we may face depending on what we found. I love that she took the time to show me photos of my tooth and explained everything. She did this several times as well throughout the procedure. I felt included in the decision making and well informed. Dr. Koh even showed me the machine sculpting my tooth while it was in action! Pretty cool!!! Oh they used this neat bite block that had a tongue guard with built in suction so I didn't have a saliva pond in the back of my mouth. I always secretly worry about my tongue being in harms way when there's a drill but this device put my mind at ease. Honestly, everyone I encountered at the office was friendly, enjoyable to talk to, and helpful. Dr. Koh & her team are fantastic! I had a permanent crown put on the same day! No leaving with a temp & going back in two weeks for the permanent one. They also accept CareCredit for payment which is huge since crowns are not cheap. I am so please with the service I received I will be going back in two weeks for a New Patient Exam & Cleaning. Thanks Dr. Koh for being AWESOME and SAVING THE DAY! :)

I thought this was surprising and strange because my last two dentists I trust have never expressed any concern or even a mention of monitoring this for future consideration. The clinic swiftly scheduled a consultation. I went in to my previous, long time dentist because I didn't trust this advice and he said this was an aggressive and unnecessary recommendation. What a waste of time! Thank goodness I was wise enough to seek better guidance, not waste thousands on a painful and unnecessary procedure. It took 2 hours for a basic cleaning appointment that typically takes 1 hour. When I requested my X-rays be sent to the other office, this was not done so I had to call 3 times to get them to send. They did not send the panoramic x ray so my previous dentist VERY kindly gave me a free one. I think he felt bad for me for being mistreated here and saw that I had requested but not received the xrays requested. Terrible experience! Do not recommend, re-think your ethics and treatment of people.

She spoke to me in a loud and condescending tone, accusing me of being late multiple times. Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 4:00 p.m. I live about 11 minutes away and left my home at 3:45 p.m. While driving on Bothell-Everett Highway in heavy rain, traffic slowed significantly. As I reached the light to turn into the office complex,around 4:06 p.m. I received another call from Jamie. She again spoke in a harsh and disrespectful tone, informing me that my appointment was canceled because I had supposedly been late to nine previous appointments. I explained that I was just on the traffic light turning into the building, but she continued to speak to me in a very dismissive and rude manner, and cancelled my appointment. She was less than professional and doesn't understand what a Veteran is (POW Veteran) and this goes to show you that no one cares about Veteran Disability status. That Veterans are a commodity to the US citizens and that service to country means Religious and Disability discrimination when seeking care. This dentist has some qualities that don't align with my Religious and Veteran Disability status. She's not qualified to treat Veterans in a POW status like myself.

I always try to support women owned business, and I looked pretty hard to find a dentist when I moved. Dr. Furman is kinda the only reason why anyone should consider coming to this practice. The front desk ladies greet you when you walk in, but it always feels forced. They are quite catty - have been overheard being judgy about patients both in English and in Russian and they don't seem to care who hears it. I've seen them roll their eyes and take on quite dismissive tones when a patient ask questions, which makes me very careful about how (or whether) I approach them. The first hygienist was super abrasive both in words and in her use of force. The second hygienist felt like she barely did anything in what should have been a deep cleaning. It was just unpleasant enough that I didn't immediately leave the practice, but after a few visits I decided that I rather drive 45 minutes back to my old hygienist at Complete Dentistry. I probably would not recommend, but if you're from an eastern block country, they would probably be quite lovely to you.

He also has a "greenie" reward system, where individuals can collect fake money for taking care of their teeth and redeem it later for different prizes. I did a couple brackets with a rubber band and finished my first round of Invisalign in about three years. Went to college and got off my routine for a while, but Dr. Pellegrini was right there to help me fix it, and offered me a no-interest payment plan. He always walked me through my options and asked for my opinions on them, making sure I was comfortable with what was happening. I have a missing tooth due to not having an adult tooth to come in after the baby tooth fell out, which led to my teeth moving and becoming uncentered. Not only did we fix the centering, but Dr. Pellegrini cosmetically adjusted my canine to make my smile the very best it could be. I will be recommending Dr. Pellegrini to individuals of all ages!
