This place stays being 5 stars! I can't even imagine going back to my old dentist at this point, Trio is magical. Tons of parking, always. And close spots to the door. Even on a rainy day it's quick and dry to get into the building. The lobby has a lovely vibe and is a nice place to wait. Always a fun cooking show on the tv to enjoy. Debbie, the receptionist, is part of what makes this place magic. She is warm, kind, helpful, and so so lovely. She treats each client like family and always goes out of her way to be kind and helpful. Whether it's squeezing me in to a last min appointment before I go out of town, calling my insurance to answer questions for me/give me a lower rate, keeping me stocked up on whitening supplies, or just making me feel valued- she is there! I love how they let you watch tv during appointments. They settle you in with laughing gas (if requested), a cozy blanket, headphones, a fresh chapstick, and the remote to the ceiling tv so you can get situated and comfy for any procedure. The building and rooms are very new, modern, and top of the line, Super impressive. I honestly look forward to going to the dentist now! read more

I've had their teeth cleaning and dental work done. Everything went well and as expected. I like the facility and the dentist except for the receptionist. I made a call to cancel my routine teeth cleaning and it's before the 3 day cancellation period. Then, when I've finally called back to reschedule, the receptionist had to keep reminding me of my "missed"appointment which was actually a cancelled rather than missed. I switched from a dentist's office that had been taken over, where the care had declined and the salesmanship went up. From the moment i stepped into Trio, Debbie was awesome and always is. Dr. Woo was fantastic, and fixed mistakes my previous providers were ignoring. Julie, the hygienist is a godsend to patients with any nerves, concerns or anything. she truly cares and you can see it. First time here today. This dentist, finally, one who is sensitive to your needs. I was really impressed. They have nice new equipment including low exposure X-ray cameras and other generally modern tools. The staff are super nice. I saw the teaching each other, consulting, and generally learning to be better while already being awesome. I didn't go to a dentist for a long time because of a bad taste in my mouth. (Pun intended). I like this place. You should try them. The office is modern, new building, easy parking, play ground out back (unsupervised). Amazon Go is next door. All in all. Thanks Trio. Amazing dental office. We've had multiple crowns/fillings, cleanings and periodontal cleanings as we all a few smaller dental issues resolved with care and attention at this clinic. All this work was done through two different insurance companies, and grace was given with payment due dates. More than any other dentist I've been to, Trio had my health and well being in mind at the first priority. You will find a genuine greeting waiting for you from the moment you step through the front door and sincere well wishes when you depart. 5/5 stars! read more

I have been visiting Dr. Woo for the past year and it has always been a very stellar experience with Dr. Woo and her team. I had done my routine cleaning with Julie in the past and must say it was an amazing experience had nob pain at all. Julie and Dr. Woo were very considerate towards my pain and provided the best customer experience The 1 star is for my most recent visit to the office, someone named Nguyen cleaned my teeth today and she was extremely annoying , unfriendly and rude. 1. She was not at all considerate towards my needs. 2. She poked me so hard that entire side of my mouth started bleeding. 3. There was no suction pipe applied while cleaning which was way off considering my previous experience with their office. She didnt even offer me cotton to wait for the bleeding to subside, went on an on well hello am I a non person thing to you that you dont see. Seriously she is Awful 4. I raised my hand atleast 20 times telling her to stop stating I was uncomfortable she kept on going. 5. She poked me so hard on the side of my tongue its hurting even hours after the cleaning. 6. She scraped my teeth with the manual tool they used and again no suction was offered and asked me to swallow it no water was given to atleast gargle. Well hello? 7. She kept on pushing me for additional treatment when the cleaning was so awful how does she even think I would trust this person named Nguyen? Again Dr. Woo, her team and Julie are awesome, but beware if someone named Nguyen would show up , she is awful, inconsiderate and extremely rude. I will never be visiting this place again read more

I came in for the first time today as a new patient, and I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this experience was. I was worried about the poking and prodding that typically comes with a dentist visit, but the team at Trio was exceptional! They were all so gentle that I never felt any pain or discomfort that I'm used to. Dental hygienist Julie was so caring and attentive and could hardly believe it when she said she was done. Dr. Woo was the same. Very kind and gentle, and really listened to what I was saying. Even Debbie at reception was fantastic, providing friendly, professional, and thorough check-in and check-out experiences. This office, staff and dentist is by FAR the best I've ever been to. To say I'm not a fan of going to the dentist is putting it mildly, I have an irrational fear. Needless to say, I'd not been seen for a long time. I ended up breaking two teeth and could no longer avoid it. When I read reviews, I decided I'd give this office a try. Boy, am I glad that I did! From the moment I made my first call, I was made to feel welcome and also put at ease. The treatment I have been receiving is top notch. I had a traumatic experience with a dentist in my teens and while in the military. My post military dentist botched two root canals. It made me petrified to go to the dentist. Dr. Woo has made it right. She has helped me choose the best insurance plan for my needs this year and had been very specific and intentional with my plan and treatment. Her entire staff has made me comfortable and helpful. Cristina is exceptional at patient care, follow through, and attention to detail. My implant had an issue 1/2 hour after closing time, and Bonnie happened to answer the phone and help fix it when I drove in. It is weird to say, but I look forward to my dental appointments. She is an amazing dentist !!!! I took my 8 year old daughter for a tooth ache (afraid what treatment she might get because she is so young) Dr Woo was AMAZING!!!!! not only did she put me at ease specially since I am a very picky customer myself , for my daughter i am even worse. She had her procedure yesterday ... I think I was more afraid than her however since the moment we arrived starting from the very professional front desk coordinator to her assistants, they took care of my daughter as she was their own!!! The front desk coordinator was comforting me lol. After the procedure was done; Dr Woo called us personally to see how my daughter was doing. Excellent dentist! I had a poor experience many years ago at another place which left me afraid of seeing another dentist for some time. Dr. Woo was very understanding of and compassionate to my situation, not to mention skilled, warm, professional, and knowledgeable. My hygienist, Julie, asked me about my past experience. She was very empathetic and gentle and adjusted her cleaning approach based on what I told her to maximize my comfort. I can't say enough how great the experience was - I felt like everyone here genuinely cared about me and did everything they could to make the experience as pleasant as possible. I am so relieved to have finally found a place I am not nervous about going to. When all of a sudden you find yourself with a piece of your crown in your mouth it can be a little concerning. Up till last year, I had one cavity and needed a crown due to a microfracture, sadly this week that crown broke. No worries though, lucky for me a very dear friend Debbie Cunningham is still in the Dental business managing Trio Dentistry in Mill Creek. Dr. Woo and the staff did an awesome job replacing this naughty crown. The new one is perfect and I highly recommend these professionals. Debbie used to manage all our family dental needs when my children were very young. Over time and as they all became adults we only kept in touch on social media. I knew when this happened I had to find out if Debbie was still working in Dentistry as she is the only one I would trust with my choppers. Thank you dear friend for once again taking care of me.
