I've been coming here for about two years now in my experience is a wonderful each time. All the staff I've worked with are extremely friendly. The tooth cleaning process typically takes about 45 minutes. Each time I feel that I am with you Geist knows what they are doing. The facility is clean and maintain a peaceful environment. Avoid at all costs. I was nervous to see the dentist last December as I hadn't seen a dentist since early 2020. Unfortunately I had cavities on both sides of my mouth that would require filling. I was scheduled with Dr. Aiman (sp?) as the primary dentist was not available on the schedule for several weeks. Both procedures took longer than normal and the second in particular was worrisome as the assistant was repeatedly having trouble getting the spacers in. The next day I had significant pain and after a few days I couldn't take it anymore and called the office - ofcourse they were away for the holidays and I'd have to wait for the new year. When they were open again I told them my teeth were really sensitive to both hot and cold and I couldn't chew on the left side of my mouth without pain. They got me in that day to see Dr. Aiman again who simply shaved down my molars and sent me on my why. Now I had a new problem! My molars don't touch when I close my jaw straight and only touch at the canines. Fast forward nine months and I'm still in pain after I eat and can only chew on the right side of my mouth. I've called twice and sent a text making them aware of the situation and that I would not be paying the bill (which was just the remainder from insurance; they were already paid the majority from my insurance company) and yet bills kept arriving. Eventually they sent it to collections and sent me a letter discontinuing our client-patient relationship (which was ironic because I called and did just that several months prior.) Now here I am seeing Dr. Aiman suspiciously doesn't work there anymore (or at least isn't on the website) and several other people complaining of the same problem. Never once received an apology, they never once offered to wipe away the debt. I've even called twice since being sent to collections to try and talk to a person about a resolution and have been ignored. I eventually went and saw my old dentist again despite the thirty minute longer commute and they were appalled. I asked if they could fix it and they said "we would probably end up doing more harm than good if we tried to fix it." So it looks like I just get to have tooth pain for the rest of my life. Thanks No Smiles Dentistry! Listen to me and the others on here with the same problem - STAY AWAY. read more

After one person in my household had several terrible and very expensive (thousands of $$$ even after insurance) experiences at All Smiles that didn't fix the problem after several tries, we're now paying another dentist to fix that tooth. In the meantime, when our college-age kid went here for routine care, they told him all his teeth were cracked and needed thousands of dollars of work, again even after the insurance kicked in. At that point, I had him go to a nearby, highly recommended dental office for a second opinion. They fixed his relatively minor problem for $150. I would be very, very wary about dealing with this dental practice. We're never going there again. read more

I highly recommend All Smiles Dentistry to anyone and everyone and especially anyone who suffers from extreme anxiety. Personally anxiety has been an incredible life struggle for me, especially with situations such as going to the dentist. Every single staff member from the dentist, assistants, front desk and so-fourth have made my visits incredibly comfortable. I have needed a lot of dental work/repair and I no longer stress about up-coming visits! They have squeezed me in when I had a minor tooth emergency even though they were booked-they have held my hand, given me a blanket......they generally are caring and of-course they are amazing at what they do. I have to say I just had a very bad experience and did not even get into the office yet. I called to set up a consult for my husband so he could speak to the Doctor about his options. I was told that we would have to pay for a new patient visit unless we wanted a MEET AND GREET and shake the doctor's hand with her looking in his mouth. When I agreed to pay for the new patient visit, she then told me that there was a $75.00 deposit on a credit card needed at the time of setting up the appointment. I was taken back and could not believe they wanted money without us even deciding if we wanted to use that office and doctor. SERIOUSLY, WHAT A SCAM !!!!! read more

It has been 20+ years since I have found a good Dentistry. Excited to say I have found it! I had the privilege to get dental treatment from both Dr Todd and Dr. Jason within these last few months. The whole office has made this experience comfortable and accommodating. One of the friendliest staff members in the Dentistry area. My expectations has been exceeded in so many levels. This place is great! The moment i walked in they made me feel at home. They were extremely thorough and polite. I actually became relaxed during the exam because there was no pain at all! Plus there are a lot of things in the exam room helping me relax. From the cute animals of the drop ceiling when they put my chair back to the relaxing scenery on the hd tv in front of the exam chair it all helped.
