After calling multiple places and other technicians, not picking up their phone for an eyelash lift and tint, I called miss Tracy's spa, and she picked up and fit me in for a lash lift and tint. She wasn't busy. She was kind, outgoing knowledgeable on her work. while I sat down in the chair I didn't even realize that she was doing my lashes. It never burned. She was Soft with her hands and I could fall asleep on the table, but what's even better is that Miss Tracy is a wonderful technician and she's great at her job and she loves good conversation with great people. She gave me the best eyelash lift of my life after I had a terrible experience at a different salon. She then recommended laminating my eyebrows And I think I'll never go back to not laminating my eyebrows because of her and I will only be going to her because she's a vibe. I have been going to Tracy's spot for over a year, but have been a client of hers for 8 years now. Yes, she's been doing my lashes for 8 years and nails for the last year and keeps them happy and healthy. There's such a zen vibe and I always enjoy how she takes her time with each client and makes you feel like her top priority. I have only been once and for a pedicure there with my grandmother and they did a great job!

I came to get a manicure with gel-X removed and gel painted on. It was truly the worst salon experience of my life. The man who removed the gel-X didn't listen at all to what I asked for. He spent ages taking off just the paint on my gelX and not the actual fake nails and I had to keep asking him to do it all. I don't mean to be rude, but it's honestly that he didn't speak English well enough to understand what I was asking for. When he finally did take off the fake nails, he sanded down INTO my actual nail and left marks - it's going to take months for the ridges to grow out, sadly. I'm sensitive about nail health and this actually made me cry. Then he started painting my nails directly with all of the dust left over on my hands and nails. I had to literally ask him "don't you want me to wash my hands?" Tracy who owns the place is awesome. She came over and translated, helped fix the ridges and get my nails into a state where I was no longer panicking, she calmed me down, but then ultimately left me to another tech, a woman this time. The tech made the builder gel awkwardly thick and rounded - it looked really stupid. She also didn't understand what I was saying when I asked her to make it thinner, add color to some totally bald spots, etc. Tracy had to translate. Two days later I went to another salon and had them file down the builder and repaint. Huge waste of money. Tracy, I think you're really awesome, but you've gotta hire better staff and make sure they can understand what customers are asking for. I'm not trying to be rude - I come from an immigrant family and understand people not speaking english well - but in this case it's beyond what's a reasonable level of misunderstanding and impedes their ability to do the job the client is paying for. read more
