They happily retouched the photos I requested and even upgraded my photo package, which I really appreciated. Their willingness to make things right showed that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. While I'd rate the photos themselves around 4 stars, I'd give their customer service 4.5 to 5 stars. They were on-time to start the shot, Ana was friendly and made sure we were all properly placed and staged for the each photo location.
