Came into the mall to look for Hey Dude shoes and Tradehome had us covered. We found a bogo 50% off sale here so we came in. We ended up getting 2 pairs of shoes along with 2 sets of sock-like protectors for the shoes. The man helping us pick out our products didn't have any name tag on so I was unsure who to thank in my review but he was very knowledgeable and we thanked him in the store for his guidance. Our trip was made quick and easy thanks to making our stop here. Now my husband wants to come back for shoes for himself and we just left. We will definitely be coming back for shoes. read more

Bought some boots, shoe spray, and sole inserts 2 weeks ago and was treated very professionally by one of the salesman. I came back today to return the sole inserts after 2 weeks of using them but was treated very rudely by the another salesman/cashier. He asked me why am I returning them and I responded that my feet still hurt after using them. He told me I was not using them properly and that I needed to try them out for 30 days+, that these were the best inserts on the market. I told him I used them like how the last salesman taught me to. However, I understood his concern but would still like to return them. After that, he became very passive aggressive and visibly upset with me such as tossing his pen at me to sign my receipt. When the salesman from 2 weeks ago saw me and asked me why am I returning them, the rude cashier proceeded to tell him "She didn't wear it properly and she never gave them a chance." I said Thank you and left. I have never ever been judged or treated like this for returning something at a store before. The whole exchange made me very uncomfortable. I went here looking for some cheap shoes that I saw online that they had in stock. After a quick interview and a foot analysis, the woman there suggested a pair of shoes that I had never heard of. HOKA is the brand. I spent about 5 times as much on these shoes than I had planned. Well let me tell you, these are without a doubt the best most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! I spend between 8 and 12 hours a day working in these shoes. These shoes have made my life sooooo much better than I have ever experienced and ever expected. Thank you very much Tradehome Shoes. I have never been in a store that I was treated so rudely trying to return a pair of shoes I never wore and only had them for 3 days. The debit card i paid for the shoes with was stolen from me... so I showed him the new one so he tells me I have to go back to my bank and bring in proof of the old card I said can I get cash I have all the info right here in front of you. First I had my receipt Second my photo ID drivers license Third the manger turn to employee and ask have I seen him in the store the day I bought the shoes One less costumer! Ok look, I hate the mall, but places with service as AWESOME as this are hard to find. We have bought several pairs of Sorel and Merrel boots from the same guy over the years. Today we had a different salesman, but the same great service. They take the time to make sure you have the right fit, are knowledgeable about the product, how to take care of you expensive new pair of kicks, and even remember you from the last visit. Will you get this kind of help at Dick's or Journey's? Hell No you won't. I have compared prices, because we are raising a family and not rich (my kid says I am just cheap, OK), and their prices are always within 5-10 dollars of the the "competition". Today we were on a new journey, to buy "Chacos". (Apparently all the rage among the kids these days, Chaco Tan Lines are an Instagram Sensation). It is an awesome place to get shoes. I have never gone in there and had any type of problems. My kids love to look at the fish when we go and the employees are generally interested in helping us get something we are comfortable in. Too often stores just want you to buy as many as possible without a care in how comfortable you find them or how long they last. They also make sure we can take care of our shoes when we leave. I would prefer them not to be in the mall, but not for them to change anything else. If you want PROPER help when buying shoes than this is the best place to go. The shoe selection is fine, the service is not. When I went to return my shoes the person there seemed PERSONALLY offended. Asked me why I was returning them and I said that I realized the shoes weren't fit for the upcoming season - he proceeded to argue with me and asked to see what the other shoes were that I was carrying around that I had just bought. Also asked me where I worked (???) and saying things like "We're a full service company, if you're not happy about the shoes then I really care about that, I'm not just going to send you away without asking what was wrong." Well man, I already told you why I was returning them and you argued with me. So maybe your connection to your shoes is a little TOO strong. read more
