These shoes and inserts are designed for runners and walkers. They have a machine that is able to measure your foot size in width and length and height of arch as well as pressure points. I am not able to bend over enough to tie shoes so the Sketcher type of slip on shoe is what I was interested in. However they have a slim selection of this type of shoe. It literally was the place to be back in the day. I've seen the changes throughout the years, and I think it's still a great place to hang out. They've remodeled, and there are new stores and restaurants. There aren't many malls in the area now. There were other ones to visit back then, but they're all gone now. So, it's nice to know this one is still standing strong for the community. By the way, there are two Chick-fil-A's in the Mishawaka area. We prefer to come to the one in University Park Mall because it's less busy. Both are busy places, but this one isn't as congested. I'm also glad to see Barnes and Noble in this mall. With many book stores closing, I don't get to find one too often. On the weekends, it's hard to find parking, but honestly, it has been that way since I was growing up.

In my 74 years of living I have NEVER!!!!! purchased more than 1 pair of shoes at a time. My wife also purchased 2 pairs of shoes (1 on backorder) Ben brought out 8 pairs of shoes to fit my wife's foot. A great young man with great work ethic who knows shoes. Some of the most unique, trendy shoes I've bought have been from Shi. From the designs, style, patterns shi has shoes for ladies with flashy high fashion tastes, that are of a good quality. Shi's shoes tend to gear to the high fashion/ youthful crowd, but Shi does carry shoes/merchandise that does cater to ladies with conservative/simpler tastes as well though. Shi has very personable staff that are very friendly, and the small store size makes for an intimate atmosphere while shopping. On the flip side I wish Shi were just a little....bit bigger, but the small store size makes it easier to shop, and browse. The prices vary based on the brand of shoes and merchandise. Shi carries brands like Steve Madden etc. But shi does have sales periodically and you anyone could save a lot of money depending on individual sales. I ordered boots from PX Supply but before ordering my boots I read the reviews and it stated to order one size smaller which I did but it still was bigger then expected so I gave them a call and asked if I could exchange them for a smaller size. I also needed it to be expedited once they received it because I was leaving for training in about 2 weeks. Obviously, it would all depend on when I ship it and when they receive it so I paid for two day shipping - I'm from Hawaii and things always get delayed. Once I got the notification that my boots were received on their end I gave them two business days to make a move before I called for a status update. My boots were shipped I received them on time and it was expedited as promised by Arne. About a week later and just having been indoors, the left sole of my boot started to come apart, within a week I sent them 2 emails along with proof. I hadn't received a response so I gave them a call. Arne answered once again and he was phenomenal during both situations. He acted immediately and kept his word on the timeframe and gave good instructions on the shipment procedures for when I did my exchange. If it were not for his response to customer service this would have been a bad review because the boots definitely did not hold up but I was taken care of within a reasonable timeframe for the situation given. Thank you Arne! Happy customer. Recommend updating the email address on your website.
