He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and dependable. His crew shows up and hits the ground running. I saw them doing my neighbors house when we'd had a really bad hail storm and was very impressed. They let him know I was interested and the next day he showed up to discuss the work. I felt he was very honest and had him do the job. Michael filed the claim for us and handled all the negotiations along the way. He replaced our 20 year roof with a 50 year roof. They did a great job and all I had to do was endorse the check-- didn't even have to go to the bank. About all they didn't do is cook supper for us . I'm keeping his business card and recommend Smart Roofing to everyone I know.

One follow up contact with an apology for not getting around to the inspection. Fine. Well... How about another update after that? Are you going to DO the inspection or not??? Seems it's a NO. It also seems the business doesn't really need or WANT our business. Forced to go with someone else. That's frustrating when you try to support local. I emailed, I called... Why is there a request for service/response from your company via a website when no one responds back??? Bad business practice to just ignore a potential customer for no reason. ... They made the process absolutely painless and they went beyond what we agreed upon. I have had many contractors, some good, some not so good.
