There are few things I love more than a good TJ's run. This store is my happy place, and I will wander its curiously designed aisles any chance I get. From the beautiful, hand-lettered signs, to the endless supply of chocolate-coated things, to the employees that are probably paid to flirt with you about which eggs you selected ... Trader Joe's is a truly special store. The problem with most Trader Joe's locations is not their products or their staff members ... but rather, their layout. The folks who originally came up with the concept for this grocery chain surely must have realized that when these stores get busy (as they often do), their aisles are extremely difficult to navigate. Thankfully, I've frequented TJ's locations in five different states, so I'm well aware of the best times to shop ... especially if you don't want to get cornered by a mom wielding both a cart and a stroller, who might literally fight you for the last bag of frozen Orange Chicken. I'll even share my tried and true tips in this review: come before noon on a weekday and the store will be yours. Don't even think about doing your grocery shopping on Sunday. The parking lot at this location is also much better than other TJ's locations, so even when it is busy, you can usually find a decent spot. This store also has its liquor offerings separate from the food, which makes quick trips for their Two Buck Chuck extremely easy. Alas, not even poorly designed aisles or could stop me from shopping at this magical establishment at least once a month.

This is my happy place. I love the experience when I shop there. Everything is bright and fresh and the staff is so nice and they seem to love their jobs. At our store they have a separate liquor store and I so enjoy their house Malbec which is so reasonable. I always buy flowers and I have favorites butternut squash zigzags ginger cookies and the pineapple salsa. Yummy. This time I bought some fall delights. Pumpkin everything. I love it

What an awesome new location of TJs!!! I am a big fan of TJs, but not so much of the other location in greater Cincy. This spot is much larger, easy to access, and has plenty of parking! There are even neat artistic features on the walls that highlight the region of the store! Upon arrival you are greeted by a cheery outside display of plants, followed by an even nicer floral section inside. Next up, the produce is really good quality, and although a little bit pricier, you get what you pay for. I could go on and on about the prepared salads, dips, meats, dry goods, baked goods, BUT my favorite section here is the frozen section by far. They have so many neat little meals or meal components, desserts, and even breakfast. Stopping at TJs isnt usually just to grab some staples, its more to browse and treasure hunt. Some items are limited time, while others are fan favorites that are available year round. There are also seasonal items. My current favorite is the spicy Mango Lemonade! Despite having just opened within the past week the store was clean, organized, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Whoever trained them did a great job! Bring your own bags to receive an entry into a raffle. Sometimes I do love just taking their store paper bags, as they are the best to reuse for other things (so strong). Prices are reasonable for most items.

I stopped in here to buy some salty snacks and a gallon of water. The store was clean, well organized, and well maintained. I was able to find what I was looking for with ease. They had some good deals, but only if you've signed up for their free membership. I could've saved $3 per bag of chips. However, I was too tired and lazy after my flight in, so I opted to pay the full retail price. It was easy and very convenient to pay for my items while using one of the self-checkout kiosks.

I'm now in Villa Hills and I could go to Erlanger, but I still prefer Fort Mitchell. The store is always clean. The ambience is great, and most of the time I get great customer service. From the deli, to the "butcher" I am treated as a friend. I'm sure people have bad days (as we all do) but I've not experienced any lack of friendliness on those days. THAT is more important than most people realize especially with the grocery store since it' is somewhere you visit at least once a week, at least for myself. I decided to write today because instead of doing pick up as I've been doing 80% of the time since they've started it, I went in to do my shopping. I like self check out, but when I have a lot of groceries, I do prefer to be rung up and bagged because it is a lot of work. I was setting my stuff up onto the belt and at the same time I happen to have a tube of jelly in my hand. I saw something dripping onto the floor and assumed it was jelly, cut to the end, it was not... I was bleeding. I had apparently cut myself on one of the wrappers or bags and it was a pretty heavy bleed. Zach, who's always a pleasure during checkout, asked his bagger, Baldwin to go and get me a Band-Aid. Zach was on top of making me feel comfortable and telling me it was no big deal, making sure I was taken care of. Getting me paper towels and still ringing up my groceries in a timely fashion. Baldwin (who was also very helpful) showed back up with a Band-Aid and it was as if it never happened. I can't say I'm surprised because, especially with Zach, I always feel comfortable and at times I can be a bit anxious because if I'm in the store on a workday, I'm trying to take business calls at the same time as being in the grocery store and if he notices that he always is super attentive and it actually brings my anxiety down a notch! I wanted to write this review to give the store as a whole an A, but also to give Zach an A+! I just wanted to be sure to give this location the recognition they deserve AS WELL AS pointing out the consistent, GREAT service I always get with Zach. Thank you Zach, & Baldwin! You made an uneasy situation almost like it never happened, so thank you. To the managers; Keep up the great work, without great leadership the employees would not be prone to always want to be so friendly and so helpful, while being happy to help! It does NOT go unnoticed. Also, I usually always find all the products on my list in stock and the store is always clean and organized. Needless to say, I will be back! Definitely recommend!

While I was in the store I checked their plants if I can get a good deal, to my disappointment they still have a lot, but they seemed like they are in their death bed, and still full priced. They have knockout roses, but I doubt if it will survive once I replant it. So off I go to the produce looking for mango, yes they ha e it and it's priced reasonably .50 cents each, so of course I have to buy a lot! This mango is .99 cents each at Kroger. Since I am on that area I have a craving for sea food, and was very happy to see that WM even have out a sign that says "products of USA." Not true, please check majority of the products you buy to see where it's coming from. It's better to pay higher price rather than something that you don't know how it was raised or caught. The Salmon and tilapia were both marked "Product and Processed in China, not USA." The packaging says distributed by WM, AR.

Wright Walmart Super centers 3450 VALLEY PLAZA PKWY, FT WRIGHT, KY 41017 to get some lunch meat, bread, cheese, etc. I've been patronizing this Walmart for about 20 years, as this Walmart is on my way home, and the prices are reasonable. During my SELF Checkout- there was a (presumably a Walmart employee) lady, I couldn't tell if she was a Walmart employee because she did not have a name badge, or vest of any sort. I was trying to weigh some fruit or something. She kind of jerked my stuff around and looked at me funny and wouldn't talk to me. I ask her her name because she had no name badge, and she looked at me like I was weird or something. I only have one eye so it took me a little longer to self check out and I stoop and shake because of my severe scoliosis, and plates in my neck. So every time she deemed necessary, she came over and interrupted me and moved my things around. It's kinda like there was a language barrier? I guess she is maybe a DEI hire, she seemed to be Hindu or something of the sort. The red dot on her forehead gave her away, I didn't know Walmart introduced spiritual awakening, or prayer at their stores. I was confused. I have several Hindu friends, but that's not the point, it was the language barrier I guess? But no Walmart name tag, i've finished up my order and tried to use my debit card, the computer screen said 29 items, so now the machine wouldn't let me complete my checkout, the computer needed an associate approval. The lady came over and scanned some kind of card from her pocket (name badge?) and them a video played of the two cans of sockeye red salmon that she scanned herself? I was then able to pay for my food. I guess she came over to me for five times during the checkout . She did try to be helpful. I think but demeanor is everything when there's a language and name badge barrier. However after completing my checkout, I did advise the manager (in private) that she had no name tag and she was NOT very cordial, the manager of Walmart explained to me, that Walmart has a policy that all employees MUST wear Walmart name tags. I also explained to the manager how rude this lady was. About jerking my produce around .... It seems this whole thing was non conforming to American standards. I'm done with Walmart.
