Oh my goodness, what amazing sandwiches! We stopped on our way to the airport and they were swamped with Sunday traffic. They got us our food quickly though and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. Delicious and fresh. We chatted with one of the fourth generation owners and got some of the history. I highly recommend making a stop here. read more

Love this store! Besides the quaint small KY town ambience, the absolute beauty of the produce and flowers, there's also the internal beauty of the staff. I'm always treated with such welcoming friendliness and the clerks are always more than happy to answer any questions or to direct me to what I'm looking for or to suggest their favorite, which I love when they do. Having Bon-bonerie specialty items is ALWAYS a plus, you just can't go wrong there. Although being a market (smaller than the Big Box) They have such a variety of items that you really can't find just anywhere and when speaking of their homemade soups & such, not at all. I enjoy just looking around at their stock and have been inspired more than once, by one item catching my eye, now I'm on my cell looking for a recipe revolving around this new (to me) product. I find that to be a lot of fun... & as you could've guessed, my husband has the most fun of all! LOL... Kremers is one of those hidden gems, not very hidden I guess since so many people love it & go out of their way to go there. Oh wait! I almost forgot! Their deli food made fresh is always a treat! Breakfast and lunch; the Gotta,Getta, Geotta breakfast sandwich is absolutely worth pointing out. As well as their homemade soups, homemade dishes at the back deli, ETC. Absolutely the best market in all of Cincinnati = everything is within 20-paces; their deli is outstanding; their selection is near perfect; and the employees are all sensational!! I am not an easy customer, but I am happy every time I walk out of Kremer's (and not because I'm leaving.) Get a Hangover Breakfast sandwich (before 11AM; this is my only complaint = just serve the Breakfast sandwiches all day.). Or a Kremer's sub. Or Classic sub. Or Gorilla Grilled Cheese (like I'm about to order except with American & Provolone instead of Jack & Swiss.). If you want to see what it was like before there were Krogers closer than the nearest big town, check out Kremers. Its kind of small & crowded, offers locally grown produce, some specialty items a full grocery store(except Jungle Jims) may not carry and a butcher \meats\deli area where you can get soup &or a sandwich (to go only). The only thing i did not see was any values or a place to sit and then i remembered that the higher prices are paying for that small niche grocery\produce store experience. AND that there's a kroger just down the street with most of what is here for about half the cost. read more

Usually enjoy coming here so I'm giving it 2 stars, it should be a 1 star. I came here on my lunch break to pick up 6 chicken breasts for Fathers Day. I stood in front of the counter for 25 minutes with not a single staff member saying a single word to me. The workers only helped people buying sandwiches. All I needed were chicken breasts, I'm not waiting 25 minutes for someone to put chicken breasts in packaging. Very sad if this experience as I usually like the market. I will not be returning and will get produce somewhere else that helps their customers. Thanks for wasting my entire lunch break for nothing. I will be taking my business fully to Finke's because I know this would never happen there as they have great customer service and are well staffed. read more

So lucky to have found this place! It's a little unassuming market with everything! I frequent them for lunch as they have awesome sandwiches, one of the freshest salad bars I've seen, and incredible baked goods! The staff is always friendly, and service is prompt. Try the tomato basil or southwest avocado Panini. The turkey Florentine or classic club sandwich. The turtle brownie, peanut butter cookie, or any of their fudge. It's a little red barn. It's not very busy during the day so parking is easy. When you walk in, you'll be reminded of walking into a little farmers market at the Findlay market area of Cincinnati. Very clean, very tidy, with a wonderful offering. This place is not meant to be a full grocery store replacement... But has a little of everything and a phenomenal deli. Service: This is not a full-scale restaurant. Not really a restaurant at all. They have friendly staff behind the deli counter ready to assist you in making a fresh hot sandwich or freshly prepared sides. Friendly faces who understand it at they have lots to choose from and they're very patient! Lol. Food: I had the Cajun roast beef panini. It was spectacular. Great, hot, savory flavors, noticeable melty cheese, a generous portion of freshly sliced roast beef, on a perfectly pressed flatbread. It also had a creamy Cajun aioli to dip into. Finish it off with a crisp dill pickle. I also had their perfectly baked chocolate cookie! Friends... it was amazing!! They have a great sandwich menu and even 1 daily special. This place is unironically my favorite sandwich spot in the entire world. I am in college now, but I am predicting that when I get pregnant in a decade or so, The Submarine sandwich will be one of my ultimate pregnancy cravings. Kremer's Market might appear to be a produce market from the road, but inside it's much more. The market contains a complete meat counter with fresh beef, chicken, pork and seafood. After having a difficult time locating fresh seafood, I was happy to find Kremer's! The market also contains a large produce area, a small frozen food and grocery section, as well as prepared salads and desserts. There's a soup and lunch special each day. This is one of my favorite local spots to get deli sandwiches. I'm not kidding. I come here so often they have my sandwich order memorized. Aside from their astounding menu of deli sandwiches, paninis, and desserts. The also have daily lunch and dinner specials. If you like the home cooked taste, you'll want to give some of these a try. My husbands favorite is the French dip! Their grocery selection is phenomenal as well. They carry a little bit of everything and I can generally get through my week shopping only here. OMGosh is there a more amazing little place??! Besides the cute little cookies and quaint atmosphere there's a friendly staff. Most have been there for years... Try the chicken salad, the fresh cuts of meat, and by golly grab yourself a Bavarian pretzel for the road (and some salami dip if you're feeling frisky). I absolutely love these sandwiches. I'm more of a veggie sandwich girl so the Mediterranean and southwest avacado are my favorite. However, the artichoke chicken and the beef and cheddar are incredible too. A little greenhouse on the one side is such a cute and fun addition. We also always get our Christmas trees here. Wow! This is just the kind of grocery store I'm looking for: convenient size with an awesome deli and tons locally grown produce and gourmet foods. What I think impressed me the most was the number of "Kentucky Proud" and locally produced goods that Kremer's carried. The deli carries Boar's Head luncheon meat, a nice array of seafood and homemade salads like Pimiento Cheese Spread and Sweet and Sour Slaw. The gourmet cheese and pate selection is definitely not something I expected to find in the this mom-and-pop grocery that's shaped like a barn. If you're looking for an alternative to the huge impersonal mega-stores but want to find those exotic items every gourmand must have, then I recommend Kremer's. read more

An authentic Market with a Deli. I was introduced to Kremer's by my daugter who lives close by. Small family owned business for a long time. I shop here 4 days a week to pick up Spinach Dip for my grand daughter who is 2.5 years young. She absolutely loves it. Their sandwiches and soups are yummy. Great bread and vegetables and salad bar. Kremers Market! I would describe Kremers Market as being the ninja master of deliciousness! They have everything you heart, stomach and "inner fatty" wants to eat all the time. Every time I go there, I spot something new, that I have to try. Last time I found ALE8 soda, who knew that the KY has their own soda plant, since 1926. I normally go there for my lunch and usually get a sandwich, which is awesome, does not matter what you get it is good! They also have a daily lunch special, which is almost always sold out when I get there. If I was a little more independently wealthy than I am today, I would probably shop all my groceries there and forget about Kroger. But for now, I am just happy this place is not in my neighbourhood because then I would be fat and slightly poor... ;-) read more

I live right next to this market and I'm glad I do! The staff is pretty pleasant and (I think) the owner, always goes out of the way to help me. The chicken is pretty good. It's $8 a pound which can be pricey. But it's Amish chicken so I justify my purchase! So try it next time! Am taking away one star bc although the produce dept has organic prices ($.99 for a bunch of green onions) I don't believe their produce is organic. There are no signs indicating it being organic. It would be really nice if they offered organic produce. Overall, I do not mind spending a little more for groceries here bc I can literally walk my kids/ dog down the street in the warmer months and grab them a nice pastry or a cold lemonade as we walk around the neighborhood. Oh and they have a really nice seasonal selection outdoors. Pumpkins in fall, Trees for Christmas, plants for summer! read more

I go out of my way to get all my sandwich meat and cheese from them along with my produce needs. Their deli uses Boar's Head so no nitrates and other yucky chemicals. Their produce section has a lot of local stuff and everything looks ALIVE, unlike Kroger where normally you just feel pity for their produce. Their dessert counter has delicious fudge and sweets, their bread is fresh and they have other gourmet type stuff and staples that can pretty fun to explore. Oh! I almost forgot their garden section. I love going there! It makes yard work exciting! What's not to love?! If you haven't been here yet you should definitely check it out. read more

Great local market. Just off the interstate and across from a city park with covered tables and rest rooms. All pluses during COVID. The sandwiches and daily specials were delicious. I had the chicken stew with biscuit. A delicious combination of vegetables and chunks of chicken in a light gravy. The biscuit was perfect for dipping . Definitely the best sandwiches and deli I've ever been to! The ingredients are always really fresh. The price for the grocery items are definitely more expensive, but it's a great spot for lunch or party trays. Whenever our family is in town we always go here for a great quick lunch. My personal favorite is the farm fresh sandwich. You can also call your order in if you don't feel like waiting at the deli. I definitely recommend that for larger orders. read more

Best chicken salad around. You can purchase by the sand which or by the container for all salads and soups. They have fresh produce and beautiful flowers in the summer! Kremer's is such a hidden gem! They have fresh meat, cheese, and salad bar during lunch. They have a huge variety of everything and seem to have a lunch/soup/dinner menu available online that rotates monthly. I highly recommend the Avocado Sandwich, the Turkey Florentine, broccoli salad and beer cheese. I'm sure everything else is great but I just haven't gotten around to trying everything. They have catering available and I absolutely love it when my employer provides Kremers catering. :) They have a small lot so parking is also easy. read more

We've lived in Villa Hills for 6 years now. I've told people for the last 6 years that 1 of the best things about living here is Kramer's market. This place is just unbelievable. The staff are friendly and helpful and they do everything so well they just give a whole new meaning to customer service. Their deli is just wonderful. The produce is always the best you can find around. They provided the food for any number of events that I've hosted and I've gotten rave reviews on the food every time. They make having a party very simple. I love that when you walk in they call you by name.. Who does that anymore? Their prices are competitive But even if they charged more I would still use them and go to them for everything simply because of who they are, and the incredible level of service they provide. This is the first place I let my five year old son go by himself and order his own deli treats. His first independent adventure! So many of their offerings have become family traditions! I love stopping in here! It has a nice small town feel, and every single member if the staff is very friendly and helpful. The sandwiches and dinner entrees are very good, just call ahead for the dinners or there won't be any left! If you're a person that likes to cook or host parties, you could do your whole grocery list (food items) here and you'd be getting good quality items. Some things may be a bit more expensive than at the larger box stores, but not by much, and in exchange you get more personal service and better quality products. read more
