The fresh meat and seafood departments are a highlight, with plenty of choices including live crabs and other fresh seafood that are hard to find at regular grocery stores. Everything looked well-stocked and organized during my visit. I also enjoy the food court and the restaurants inside, which make it easy to grab a delicious meal or snack before or after shopping. It's a great one-stop destination whether you're grocery shopping or just craving authentic Asian food. The store is clean, well-maintained, and the staff members are friendly and helpful. Another big plus is the huge free parking lot, so finding a parking space is never a hassle. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that some specialty items can be a little pricey compared to other markets. Overall, it's an excellent place for fresh groceries, seafood, quality ingredients, and a unique shopping experience. I'll definitely be back!

Comparing them to the one that I pass to get to them, it is NIGHT and DAY, plus ANOTHER NIGHT...LOL That being said, my issue is with the bakery... I have placed orders several times (6 or more) and the orders were NOT filled. I will show up with my receipt, time of pick-up, instructions and still NOTHING. They just give me a dumb look, say "I'm sorry..." and I leave empty-handed. Luckily I have other shopping to do, otherwise I would be angrier. HULK SMASH!!! However, I just keep my cool and go on. When they do have my order (I play lotto on those days...), my order is over-cooked, even when I expressly asked otherwise (i.e. "light cook") as my receipt reads ..UGH Do not bring it up to management (I did that FOUR TIMES) Publix corporate (I did that THREE TIMES...), that does NOT help  In my strong opinion, based on their repeated screw-ups? DO NOT USE THIS PUBLIX BAKERY. Either go elsewhere or do what I did, grab an old-school Betty Crocker cookbook (the one in red and white checker)and learn how to make your OWN baked goods. At least they will not be MIA or BURNED.

Kroger is my very favorite grocer. I hardly shop for groceries elsewhere. In over three decades as…read morea Kroger customer, this has never occurred to me before at any Kroger store I have shopped at. I approached the self-checkout kiosk to begin scanning my groceries. I noticed a paper coupon that had been spit from the kiosk's mini printer was left by a previous customer. I removed the coupon from the printer. Before I had a chance to determine whether it was a promotional coupon or Kroger information printout, the Kroger self-checkout attendant, routinely known for her domineering disposition snatched the coupon from my hand, tore it to shreds and deposited the pieces in the trash container. The employee claimed that the printed paper coupon was tied to another customer's Kroger account. I did some investigating by engaging a session with a Kroger chat agent as well as with Kroger customer telephone support representative. Kroger addresses promotional codes being non-transferable but there is no written policy in reference to printed coupons. I routinely receive Kroger paper coupons in the mail. When I have Kroger coupons I do not intend to redeem, I courteously leave those coupons next to their appropriate items within Kroger stores for other Kroger shoppers to use. I have never had a Kroger employee stop me from doing this. There is no Kroger policy prohibiting this practice. Employees such as the one I unpleasantly encountered during this occurrence are a liability to Kroger, not a benefit. I sympathize with a store manager who must deal with the routine consequences of such callous and unprofessional behavior.

Disappointingly, this Kroger store has been abjectly mismanaged for years. The store's only redeeming quality, other than one or two exemplary employees, is the select cheese department. Other than that, the store is simply not worth visiting except in desperation. And when a problem arises, good luck getting anyone in store management to respond to a customer's request for assistance via email or phone. A few months ago, this Kroger store became the only Kroger location I have ever shopped at that permits third-party vendors to solicit Kroger customers as they shop. I have noticed up to two, AT&T kiosks within the store that are staffed with harassing sales weasels unabashedly ambushing Kroger guests in an effort to sell AT&T products and services. According to multiple Kroger corporate sources I have corresponded with, the only outside entities permitted on Kroger property to sell their wares to Kroger customers are the Girls Scouts and the Boy Scouts. These organizations are required to set up shop outside the store. So, why is a huge, for-profit, corporate conglomerate such as AT&T allowed to break the rules at this Kroger store?
