This location is a TJ's gold standard. Manageable lines, stocked shelves, easy subway access! Plus a sublime selection of flowers and greeting cards which isn't always a given from place to place. While waiting our beloved 72nd Street location to return from renovations, this one is a great option.

A relatively clean and decent size wise for the Soho location. Conveniently and easily accessible by the C/E trains. Staff is super helpful + friendly + patient. Well-lit and fairly spacious, customers feel comfortable to push their shopping carts through the wide aisles without crashing into each other. The checkout is fairly quick with a staff controlling and managing the lines. They've fresh fruits/vegetables, baked goods (sliced breads and double chocolate brioches) + dairy items like eggs + milk + yogurt and dried goods like pasta + boxes of crackers. Everything from fresh floral bouquets, boxed oatmeal, miso paste, Thai-styled curry chips, and bananas at 23¢ each. We can't forget about the beautiful and vibrant-looking 99¢ greeting cards now! Love their brand of different flavors for yogurt cups - 99¢ each. Very affordable. Always have these stocked up in my fridge whenever I am craving for a late midnight snack! My favorite flavors are guava passion fruit and black raspberry. The cheddar cheese blocks are sharp and smooth in texture and taste. My new favorite products are the Soft Pretzel Twists at $3.49/bag of six pieces and the Organic Mini Cheese Sandwich Crackers also at $3.49/box. It's hard to not munch on and wolf down half a bag/box of both the pretzels and cheese crackers in one setting. These mini cheese crackers from Trader Joe's are a bit more salty in flavor than the other usual popular brand. But, the store brand has way more recognizable organic ingredients from the nutrition fact label. Trader Joe's in Soho is definitely a busy & frequently-visited spot featuring local favorite items for those who are dropping by and needing a quick sandwich and/or soup from the pre-packaged meal section.

Needed to make a quick Trader Joe's run to get a few things for the next day or so. My important favorites were all in stock, and plentiful. The atmosphere was calm, even with long lines. Arrived at 8am took about 90 minutes to get out the store, but the long line was not a problem. Saw my favorite cashier, made the experience even better! Now onto pastries and coffee!

After a very long day on my way to the train station I ran into Trader Joe's & had to stop by. End up buying a lots of fresh fruit. It was packed & kinda difficult to walk around . Nicely organized, customer service is very good . Very clean & big store .

    I'm about to get in!

This is a great place to buy so many items you may need for cooking, cleaning products, desserts, etc. However, I love coming here to buy flowers. They are fresh and beautiful. The prices are very low compared to so many other places. Although the lines tend to be very long, they move super fast. The staff is always friendly and very helpful!

Cool selection of plants. Friendly staff. Not to busy of a store (usually). This is my preferred nyc location. I wish they would bring back the sample station though.

Have shopped at this South Village ("SoHo") Trader Joe's when I've been in the neighborhood. It's refreshing and easy to shop at this Spring Street location because it's all at street level, aisles are wide, and always seems that there's adequate staff to checkout quickly.

Wow, this Trader Joe's location is huge!! It was pretty empty around 8am on a weekday if you want to avoid long lines. The store was so well stocked probably for the weekend. Loved the wide range of healthy food and frozen food options. There are always new items. If you see things sold before and they are gone, well they may appear again (like those amazingly addictive Portuguese tarts). I forgot to bring a tote bag and the freezer bag ended up to be perfect! Here's to more food shopping trips!

Oh, and to touch on the food there we know Trader Joe's is one of the best places to choose food in New York City since we're in a food desert so I'm glad Trader Joe's is around.!!

A few staple items were also out of stock, which was a bit disappointing for a regular grocery run. That said, the produce section was excellent--really fresh and well stocked, probably the highlight of the store. I'll be coming here more often while my usual UWS location is under renovation since it's still convenient for me, especially given it used to be my old neighborhood. It's not a bad store at all, just a very different energy, and it'll take a bit of getting used to.

Adam looks taciturn but always is kind to me. He is behind the deli counter preparing sandwiches and always gives me a quarter pound of the Jambon de Paris. Miguel and Medina are also here. A loyalty card is worth having and once having accumulated many points I paid the princely sum of $1.61 for a pretty bouquet of roses in assorted colors that cost $11.99. Now that's a steal! Eden Gourmet is the sister supermarket to my beloved sadly closed Eden Gourmet of 14th street. This too is packed to the brim with fresh vegetables, fruits, cheeses, dairy, chicken and meats. A large variety of sparkling waters, frozen entrees, ice creams and assorted temptations are here too. A small bakery has cakes and pastries available. You'll get all the usual grocery store sections, including fresh produce and a deli counter in the back. There isn't a ton of variety, with maybe two or three options for most items. But those options are consistently high quality. Whoever is stocking the shelves has good taste! The setup for paying is a bit weird, they've got a long counter up front in lieu of the usual registers with lanes. It can make lines a bit confusing during busier times, but not a dealbreaker by any means.
