Three weeks later the repair person showed up with the wrong part. After repair it was determined to be damaged. A replacement was ordered but 2 weeks later I am still waiting. The customer service department is the WORST I have experienced! I regret the amount I paid for an entire house of blinds. It should not take a year to have what I ordered. Customer service never calls me. I have to always call them. I recommend no one should use this company.

I expected a little longer, but it is now May 24th, and we were sent an email that the furniture would be in their depot (I think that is in Virginia) about the 3rd week of June. Anybody ordering furniture from this Worthington location should get somewhat a firm date before purchase. The real kicker is that they had a special promotion on that you could get a zero interest rate with a purchase amount over 5k, and I took that option. I have now made two payments on this account and have yet to receive any furniture!
