Does anyone here know whats going on ? I originally went for a regular check up and potential cleaning. I was told that since I had gum issues I needed to see a specialist for surgery before they could proceed. Over the next 12 months I had oral surgery with a specialist and when completed set up an appointment with Tradition to start regular maintenance. When I made the appointment, I told the office I needed to get the records of my surgery and xrays from the specialist and they concurred and said they would handle it . 2 weeks after my initial request for appointment I followed up on making sure they received the records and was told they would have them and not to worry. I went for my appointment today and was told after arriving they can not work with me because they did not receive the records. No follow up and a complete travesty . The hygienist when letting me know that she couldn't do anything said that they get a lot of complaints on the office staff . TERRIBLE read more

After several visits to this dental office, I have concluded that while I didn't have an issue with the quality of care, I am convinced that their primary goal is to generate revenue through repeated visits by only doing partial services on each visit. My last experience was for a relatively simple deep cleaning. When I showed up, a little less than a year after my previous visit, they informed me that they had to do a full oral examination because "I hadn't been there in a while." So now another full set of X-rays and the tooth by tooth checking and probing and calling out numbers to an assistant. I was then informed that they would only do 1/2 my cleaning in one appointment so 2 are needed. She then proceeds to give me options for 2 new appointments. When I said "I'm here now, why can't you do the first half now" she replies that she can't because she had to do the exam. I work. I can't drop everything for routine work for 3 appointment within a week and a half. I walked out after that. There are other dental offices around. read more

My wife and I are both having a lot of work done. I'm having all my teeth replaced and my wife is also having a lot of work done not only are these people incredibly qualified, but they are the most compassionate dentists I've ever met in my entire life. I would not recommend this dentist. I went there last year paid for the in house dental program. The program included X-rays, 2 cleanings, 2 exams. They refused to clean my teeth because they (Patrick Williams) claimed I needed to get deep cleaning for $658 more money. I have changed dentist and was told I did not need deep cleaning. Very sad that Patrick Williams takes advantage of senior citizens on a fixed income. Shame on him... I am considering seeing a lawyer. read more

For those using Tradition Dental be aware. As of January 1, they have changed owners and no longer take most insurance. I am in the last step of an implant procedure and they will no longer honor the Treatment Plan we agreed upon. I checked with them last month and they assured me my plan will still be honored. My appointment is tomorrow and they just called to tell me they want $700 more to complete the job. read more

I had dentures made during Covid , went to RI for the summer. Came back told the dental office I needed an oral surgeon , they disregarded my request. When I finally tried to ask for the dentures or the $ 1250.00 back which I paid them the office ignored my request. I had my oral surgeon call and ask for the dentures and they told my oral surgeon office they THREW them away.!! Called a lawyer and was told I should take them to small claims court! Called office and they would put me on hold and never come back , then answering machine would come on! read more

There's no comparing this dental group to any other in the entire PSL or WPB area. I'm beyond thankful that I finally found them, and I sincerely recommend them to everyone. If you are looking for a true state-of-the-art facility, a highly skilled dental team, and the most genuinely caring people who will REALLY have your health & all of your best interests at heart, then this is the place to go. I came here for the 1st time on June 16, 2020 with serious dental issues to contend with, pain that was out of control, and very disheartening memories from all the other dental offices I went to for consultations back in February, pre-covid19 lockdown. I was expecting yet another flashy uncaring sales pitch & a price-quote that would require selling a kidney! *Instead, I found myself being cared for by a team of amazing people who treated me with so much compassion. They treated me as if I was their neighbor or their friend. I felt safe.. I could tell that I was in the best of hands. There was no dizzying sales pitch. They worked as a true team of experts, and they went above & beyond to make sure that I would have the best of care, a healthy mouth, and a smile that I will be proud of & thankful for forever --- and no, I would not need to sell a kidney or fly to another country to afford the dental work that I needed. I was (and still am) so moved by my experience there. I'm writing this because they really do deserve the best review possible -- and -- because I know there are lots of people like me who need expert, caring, affordable dental work & who are searching on Yelp right now. If you are reading this, I hope you'll visit Tradition Dental & see for yourself how awesome they really are. I don't normally write reviews, but I joined Yelp specifically to write this one. Absolutely wonderful! I had a veneer come lose and the staff did absolutely everything they could to get me in ASAP. They didn't have anything Saturday so they worked me in Monday. The front desk staff and dental hygienist genuinely had me leaving and ready to make a review bc they were so caring and made me feel comfortable. Thank you again!! read more

I am deathly afraid of dentist, and unfortunately I don't have the best teeth but I was in severe pain and after having an appointment with another Dentist who didn't bother to confirm that they took my insurance prior to my appointment, so when I got there I was told they no longer take my insurance. My husband then looked up and found Tradition dental and called they were extremely nice over the phone said they excepted our insurance so they could get me in in a week, my husband said OK but can she be put on a cancellation list because she's in a lot of pain and within five minutes they came back and said OK she can come in today at noon. When I got there they knew I was very nervous they were so sweet all of them no pressure to decide what I wanna do I do need a lot of work but it was not a sales pitch they just wanted to get me some medication so that this issue could be cleared up first.
