This is just a kiosk in the mall- so I was pleasantly surprised at their customer service. I love the earrings I got and I got a call telling me I forgot my old earring backs at their counter, so I went back today to pick them up. They could've easily just thrown the old backs away, but they didn't and called. I bought the newer backs that lock for my old and my new earrings and it works great. So I will go here again because they did a great job in taking care of me.

Well, ALL my worries were completely diminished when Mark, the owner, came out and sat with us to thoroughly discuss the good and bad of what "might" happen. He stayed with Charlie through the whole visit. Charlie was so incredibly genuine and really took the time to listen to our wants. You have to understand, these tattoos are very small crescent moons. Piercings not worth it. Overall a good experience with Chari but definitely in the "luxury" price…read morerange. Pierced my bridge crooked 3x, and snakebites uneven as well. Even bringing in my own high quality jewelry that meets piercer standards, she still would only change out with pieces from the shop's preferred brand. Again not awful, but would only recommend simpler piercings. Wiloe was an awesome tattoo artist tho, 10/10! Edit, regarding comment from owner: this is retroactive based on my experience from a couple years ago (only recently got on Yelp) but with your comment I see your practices may have changed. Thanks!
