He assured us that as a USAA Preferred shop, he could work with USAA if it was going to cost more. 3 weeks later we picked up the truck and only 1 fender was repaired at a cost of over $5,000. What!!! So after contacting the insurance we took it back to W-J to complete the repair. W-J then called USAA to get $3000 more dollars to get the other dent out. Now the insurance has totaled out our truck So if you don't want to get ripped off, stay away from this business.

They are very skilled and Ron keeps his prices very reasonable without sacrificing quality. On one job his shop did for me, a VW van, I was allowed to purchase the panels online from the UK and have shipped here at 1/3 the price at the VW dealer. The technicians replaced & painted the hood, and front right fender. That was 8 years ago and the work that they did has endured and still maintains its integrity and beauty. They saved me several hundreds if not a couple thousand dollars and I could not have afforded it without them. They also replaced the headliner on my 86 Trans Am several years ago and just recently replaced the window regulator in my Honda Accord. Each time, I didn't have comprehensive insurance and paid out of pocket and I was *STILL* impressed with how inexpensive the 3 jobs were. In fact, on the window regulator job, they actually *reduced* their original quoted price by $100. So $300 out of a $1000 was just wasted money. I came back to get my touchscreen radio looked at, and when they said I was good to leave i go outside to all the panels for my dash loose and absolutely out of place. I had to go back in and tell them to fix it. Came back with the new radio which they yet again left stuff pushed out and not placed correctly, with glue all over the buttons. They even upped the price of what I was originally told by forty more dollars on top of what was needed. It is all just lazy, and unprofessional work for a price payed by the customer.
