since day one of my 3 year relationship when i got my traffic ticket, (yes this case took 3 freggin years) this office has run like clockwork, The office staff was really helpful if i had any questions and were very clear on when the lawyers would be back in the office if i needed to speak to them directly. Either Scott j. Hidnert or Anthony Mallo are the lawyers in the office and both a ver professional. I know traffic court cases can also end up bad but it was just their level of customer service and professionalism that stood out. I hired Scott Hidnert in August of 2010. During and before my minor "Improper Lane Change" case... I never spoke with him personally because he would never return my calls. It took me getting a late fee from the Miami-Dade County Clerk and threatened to have my license suspended before I even knew what happened in the court case. I spoke with Scott after the case was final, only after calling his office daily for over a week. When he got on the phone he was rude, disrespectful, and constantly spoke over me. Five stars for the Traffic Ticket Office in Miami! This place is basically right across the street from Esther's restaurant on Northwest 103rd Street. Esthers has great soul food by the way. Anyway, I have been using the Traffic Ticket Office (TTO) for more than a decade. I get my fair share of tickets and they have never failed me once. The good thing about TTO is they basically can handle tickets from just about every jurisdiction. I have gotten pulled over in Miami, NE Dade, Pines, Fort Lauderdale. The most recent tickets have been red light tickets. By the way, I'm not a bad driver; just an unlucky one. So, I have had a good deal of experience with TTO and they have always done a fantastic job. They have a low price and great service. Anthony Mallo is a great attorney who you can trust. I had an accident for the first time ever and I was given the ticket. Not even my fault and thought it was crazy. Ida helped me out and she assured me not to worry. I was actually freaked out because I didnt want the points and my car insurance to go up or canceled especially since it was not my fault. Well I was so happy when I my ticket was dismissed. No points, no court costs, no school and for my insurances well it went up but It was not canceled. I highly recommend traffic ticket office... actually I did to a friend and she also had no points, no school or court costs. If I ever get another ticket I will definitely be back. Great firm, low fee. I was in Hialeah Fl. making a delivery in a 30 ft. box truck and while backing into several empty parking spaces some 93 y/o man (apparently sight impaired) decided to drive right behind my truck. Before I could stop completely my rear bumper hit his front fender. Instead of the police officer citing him for the accident, he issued me a ticket for improper backing. I figured I would try this firm as most of their reviews were good. And they handled my case well and there was good communication thru out the process. My ticket was dismissed without any issues. So they clearly put up a fake review for every real one. They did not contact me at all after I was given court fees to pay, so now my license is on the path of suspension. I paid $70 for their service, now I'll have to pay $215 in court fees, and $60 to avoid suspension. They said they sent a letter, but have no proof of such. After asking for a copy of the letter, the front desk told me it would take them 20/30 minutes to locate my file while it took another office 5mim to tell me who had taken my case. PLEASEE steer clear from this office, you'll end up spending more money and wasting your time. So I'll add this a few times, to even out the fake ones. read more

Do not use their service. I have been going to these people for over 10 years and I have had the worst experience ever. I took a ticket to court on sept 2016, received a letter in the mail stating that the ticket would be taken to court in dec 2017. I called and they advice that the attorney finalized the case. Now two days ago I received a letter of suspension for my license with over $200 in court fees. I called to ask why didn't I receive notice of the court fees and they had no explanation. I really expected better service after being recommended to this office but I am sadly mistaken. When I first presented my case it was to a receptionist and she really didn't give me any information not even a receipt after I asked twice for an email receipt. She did not inform me of any details nor was I informed that there would be a court cost. All she had me do was pay the 89$ and promised things that were never received... I was represented and yes he won the case but I was hit with a court cost that was more than the ticket. Furthermore, after they represented me I received a court cost and I was not notified until 2 weeks before my court cost was due. Finally, I called to express my feelings of mistreatment and I was rudely spoken to by the attorney (Scott J. Hidnert) !!! First and last time with this law office. I hired this firm to handle a red light ticket. After paying the attorney fees I was assessed $277.00 court fees. The firm never advised I would have to pay this insanely high court fee. I would have been better off just paying the $158 amount from the citation. The firm does not communicate anything with you and you constantly have to call for status. Do not use. read more

Similar thing happened to me as well. I came here with a red light camera ticket that was for $158. They said they would take care of it and that i didn't need to do anything. So i paid the $69 fee and few months later i got a letter in the mail saying i owe $277 in court costs! I called the office and the lady said usually the judge dismisses all court costs on traffic cam tickets but this time the judge decided not to. She also said how they can't do anything about the court fees. So all in all i ended up paying nearly $350 on a $158 ticket. I paid the lawyer and nobody notified me that there was an outstanding fees even thought I called several times to know the status of my case. I have been hiring the services of Traffic Ticket Office since 2004. All my family use their services. At the beginning of Jul 2011 I received a Notice of Violation for making a left turn on a red light in the amount of $158.00 with the legend "No points will be assessed, etc...". I immediately called TTO, and spoke with Jackie, she asked me for my CC#, charged the $69.00, and told me they would take care of it, and that I would receive a Court date on the mail and asked me to call them as soon as this happened. Three weeks later I received a Traffic Citation for the same violation, this time in the amount of $277.00. I called again TTO and spoke with Jackie again. She told me that the Violation Processing Center usually sends more than one citation for these type of violations, but the right price was $158. The Court date was set for August 29, 2011. Yesterday, Sept 6th, I received a letter from TTO stating the Judge imposed No School, No Points and court costs of $254.00!!! I called again TTO, asked for Jackie, and the person that answered told me she did not work there anymore. I explained my situation and wanted an explanation of why the court fees were HIGHER than the first Notice of Violation. She told me that if I had paid that notice, they would NOT have sent me another one. I was quite upset with the news, so I asked WHY didn't Jackie tell me that, instead of having me pay the $69.00 attorney fee, and told her I felt I was misleaded and wanted to talk to Scott J. Hidnert. She said he would be in the office around 3 pm. I called @ 3 and was told he was on the phone with a client. I told the person I was a client myself, and I would wait for him. She took down my phone # and said he would call me back. Fifteen mins later, a man called from TTO, he identified himself as Scott J. Hidnert's assistant. I explained him my situation and said: "Here's the deal, I'm offering you a discount on future tickets", I responded I hoped not to get more tkts and expressed I wanted to talk to Scott J. Hidnert. He said he was busy and he would call me later. About 10 mins later Scott J. Hidnert himself called me. When I explained the situation, and told him I felt MISLEADED by his employee. He said in a VERY AGGRESSIVE manner: Want my advice? Stop running over red lights, speed limits and making prohibited left turns. I told him I understood that, but nevertheless, felt I was misleaded resulting in having to pay $323.00 instead of $158!!! He said: "Well, what do you want me to do? Court case is closed, I said I would like to have his fee reinbursed. He started speaking even LOUDER than he was before. He said: "come on, it's only $69!! He asked me what I did for a living, I said "I am an actor". He said: "An actor or an actress". I responded, "We call it actor, but of course I'm an actress", so he said: THEN COME TO MY OFFICE AND DANCE FOR ME FOR $69! NEXT WEEK IS MY BIRTHDAY, SO COME AND DANCE FOR ME!! I told him he was being VERY DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, asked him not to talk to me like that, and he was lacking manners and nevertheless, he kept on shouting at me, and repeated again the Dancing invitation. I told him I knew this was his strategy but he was not going to threaten me with his shouts. I HAVE DECIDED TO FILE A COMPLAINT IN BBB, THE BAR and since I AM AN ACTOR, I will definitely will go to the media with this case of sexism, and disrespect. So please, if you want to deal with gentlemen, DO NOT call this company. They will mislead you, take the money and then insult you when you want an explanation for their tricks. read more

Let me start by saying that I was so nervous before calling .. I have a New Jersey DL and I didn't know what to do when my grace period to pay the ticket had passed .. I googled what would happen and obviously you read the horror stories about people's license getting suspended and having to pay double fees and court fees so automatically I went into panic mode .. Anyway, I was going 65 in a 30 for unknown reasons so obviously I was smacked with like an almost 400$ ticket my first speeding ticket ever btw, anywayyyyy I read the reviews and at first like any yelp user I was skeptic but I called and the girl who handled my case was so friendly, polite, well spoken and reassuring that I was confident I made the right choice my fee was 150$ since my kind of ticket required a court appearance and long story short not even a week later my ticket was dismissed, no points, no court fees and not a damn worry I love this firm and I'm so happy with the service and the outcome !! I hired Mr. Hidnert to help me with a traffic camera ticket, where the camera caught my vehicle taking a right hand turn on a red light without properly stopping. They took my ticket number, charged me the $140 fee for representation and assured me that it was an easy case. Several months later I was pulled over for speeding, and upon reading my license, the officer alerted me that I was driving with a suspended license. I am finding out after the fact that I had unpaid court fees due as a result of Mr. Hidnert's representation. I never received any phone calls or letters from his office to let me know of these fees, nor did I receive any mail from the court. The original ticket of approx. $280 is now costing me over $600 due to his cost, the late court fee, and an additional suspended license charge. I'd recommend to find someone else, or at least be very proactive on checking your cases status. read more
