I would not recommend them. For a non-significant ticket, I would pay the ticket. That will be cheaper. For a significant ticket where the outcome matters, I would a hire a real traffic lawyer. I hired them to defend me in a traffic case (where I hold I was completely innocent). They did not even attempt to defend me. Court documents show they pleaded "no contest". Not "innocent", not "not guilty", but rather "no contest". They did not defend me, they just took their money and that was it. I then received $356 in court fees and had to go to a $70 classroom 8 hour traffic school. In addition to that, the instructions they sent me, with regard to where to send my traffic school information was wrong, resulting in the state threatening to suspend my license. When I confronted them about this, they said they would not help but rather told me to take care of the issue myself. So in order to avoid losing my license (despite taking the traffic course), I will have to spend $23 to get a clearance form from the courthouse, then spend another $60 to avoid getting my license revoked by the state, and then spend a few hours (and time off work) going to the post office, dealing with paper work, etc. All in all, I had to pay the Ticket Clinic $90, so they would not defend me, so I could pay another $439 in fees, so I could go to an 8 hour traffic course, and so I could then spend hours clearing my own name. Again, I would not recommend them. read more

No Freebes! Promise! Just a happy customer. I've used their services twice! First, as an inexperienced 18 yr old driver (2.5 yrs ago) to whom was given a ticket for 'improper change of lane'. They helped me with that - charge was dismissed, no points were received and there was no conviction. Imagine my relief! Then, I used them again this August, this time to help me with a 'careless driving' ticket. Court took forever to set a date (not the firm's fault of course; I imagine it was because of the loads of accidents there have been as of late), but the moment the date was set, the firm already had it in their system by the time I called to confirm it. The day after the hearing, I called and got the same, awesome results as the first time. I know I can count on this firm for my ticket needs should another ticket be given to me. Honestly, these firms are only good when you have a seat belt ticket. From my own experience, i received a speeding ticket with mandatory court and a seatbelt ticket. I paid them $200 for both.. You're better off just paying them for the seatbelt that they can guarantee to win & go to the court hearing yourself for mandatory court and plead no contest. On top of their fee i got an additional $500 court fee with an aggressive driving course required, MORE than what my ticket was to begin with (my FIRST tickets ever, btw) Having to go BACK to court anyway to ask for a financial plan because that is a ridiculous amount. (which i am aware has nothing to do with the firm but it adds up when you're paying someone to do something you can easily do yourself). So unless you genuinely have NO time to go to court yourself, just go and plea "No contest" because it'll be cheaper and you'll get the same results as hiring an attorney. read more

I received my first ticket within my first two months of driving in the US. I was caught speeding as I got off the Palmetto at NW 67th avenue. The police officer told me that I was going 30 mph over which I didn't believe. The Ticket Clinic did great in handling my case. I was dismissed of the charge and did not pay a cent to court costs.
