Jim G sat me down in his office and was in and out a few times while I sat. The very first paper he handed me had a list of things and I went though them. Guess because I am old and over 80 makes me stupid. Well, I was on YouTube and did my studying for a week or so before talking or going any where to purchase a car. He lied about a couple things on that paper. Oh, one was $199.00 for some type of air for the tires. Also, a fee for $895 which he told me was part of what I had to take. LOL Everyone I have spoke to since than knew that was not a thing you had to except. The young guy I know laughed so hard. He knew and maybe a little surprise to what I also knew. These salesmen need to start treating a customer as someone that is there to buy something and stop playing games with them to rob them of their money. It is like going in to be robbed. The games are to take your hard earned money to put in their pockets. THIS SHALL STOP but takes awhile, sadly. The way business looked that day maybe they are hard up so easier to rob the person than be decent. I shall never ever deal with these people again. The only thing that happened that day was I know which SUV I want but no credit to that Jim G. ever...That place is EVIL as far as I am concern. BUYER BEWARE....
