I recently was here because the battery in my car remote needed to be replaced. It was busy in the store, so I had a reasonable wait. I observed that the two gentlemen at the registers were friendly and respectful to the customers ahead of me. When it was my turn, I simply handed over my remote and the associate picked out the battery I needed and installed it for me. He then tested it on my car, and I was good to go. I was encouraged to purchase a two-pack, so I have one battery for next time. You can bet that I will still take that battery in to Auto Zone for installation to save myself the headache! We had Monroe Car Care put in the newish' engine & Henry told us to bring it back if we had any issues. There were a couple things that needed to be adjusted that weren't related to the engine, but the work was done for a fair price. We haul horses professionally and have needed to get some new tires on our truck. We are rarely unloaded and for the past few weeks we've been told "out of stock, we can't get that tire for 3-5days." So when the Pontiac location said this location had 4 tires available, we called them immediately and asked them if there was any way to get our big rig down there before they closed. They said "just get here asap, we will figure something out." So we got out right rolling and pulled in with almost an hour left in their day before they closed. So often, we find a tire places who won't add an additional project like ours in without a day+ to schedule AND then it's a matter of tire availability. We get it, it's a heavy duty tire and we aren't normal customers. Today we were in a huge bind and these guys swooped in and absolutely saved the day! They got us 3 new tires on and sent us on our way. Oh, and did I mention that their prices were $100's less than other places! I just had a quote for 2 of these tires at $700, they sold us these three for $130 more... easily saving us $200!!! Which was so appreciated! We are so thankful for the quality of tires they had in stock, their willingness to go above and beyond for us, and how understanding and kind they all were to us! The guy from the original store even called while we were there to check on us and make sure we were taken care of! John is a fast, friendly and honest mechanic. He changed my '05 Ram 1500's brake rotors (and, obviously, pads), and a leaking power steering fluid cooler. Even better, he did so in about 3 hours on a Saturday. On top of that that, he did the job for about half of what the Dodge dealer was asking (my wife) for. Also, he didn't try to rip me off with an up-sell, even though the opportunity was there...he correctly identified a few other issues (that actually were known issues). He mentioned these issues, but didn't try to pressure me to have them addressed at this time. Spent the night in a local hotel and called Toledo Auto Care the next morning to set up an appointment the next day. Turned out it was just some dirty oil that needed changing. The mechanic showed me the brakes and let me know that they were going to need changing sometime in the near future, but it wasn't anywhere close to the in-your-face sales pitch that some auto shops give you. I left Toledo Auto Care with a healthy care and a healthier state of mind. They treat their customers right here, and if I'm in the area again this will be my number one choice for any car repairs.

After an alignment check, a dealership told us we needed a new axle. We took it to Ambrosia's and they were able to pinpoint the exact issue, costing us much less than originally quoted by the dealership. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. We have trusted Ryan and the team to work on our vehicles prior to this, and we have always walked away feeling confident in the work that was completed and not feeling taken advantage of like so many other places.
