Crooks! Took one of the trucks in for inspection, first time trying this place. I brought coffee…read moreand doughnuts for tip when dropping off the truck. It failed because they said I needed brakes mirror and wipers and said the hanger bearing needed to be replaced. Ok I said I'll bring it back to my shop which took care of the trucks past 10yrs to check the brakes as I just did full PM service. First red flag I just did pm service. Second red flag they had pictures of everything except the brakes and drum. The big man manager in the shop proceeded to tell me he took off my wheel and the screw holding the shoe scratched my drum and I also need drums. He told me this in front of a woman sitting in the office as well as the guy behind the computer. I go to my shop 1st off the lug covers I glued them and as I'm arguing with my mechanic he shows me the lugs still glued meaning they never took the lugs off. So he then takes a tool and measures the shoe from the back of the wheel without taking it off and what do you know it's not low at all so I tell them take it off anyway I want to see the drum. No scratch brakes are fine. I call and confront the guy. The same guy behind the desk he tells me what notes are on the computer not what he was telling me in person the day before. I told him about the lugs being glued he said oh we didn't take the wheel off we measured it. Where's the picture like all the others. And how did the big man see the scratch inside the drum without taking the wheel off. He stays quiet and says bring it back we will make it right. You think soo. Then I proceed to tell him about the coffee and doughnuts he says just because I brought it doesn't mean I pass. I said I know never said that. I said I brought it as TIP= TO INSURE PROMPTNESS! Not to pass. They took the truck in at 8:30 at 11:30 they say there getting an estimate ready for me not telling me I'm going to need to fix anything so at 3 I go there it's still in the shop that's when the big man tried to run game on me my drums and shoes no good. The coffee and doughnuts was to try to get the truck out faster not sit in a bay for 6-7hours while plotting on a pay day! If you didn't want a new customer should have just said busy. I asked how much for PM service the guy told me $895. What's that include? Oil change , oil filter , 2 fuel filters and grease. Really. Beware of this shop if you first timer.
