My Mustang transmission blew up and I took it to this place to get it replaced. Que replaced the transmission which lasted about a month with only 1k miles on it. I was stranded in Maryland and called Que to let him know what happened. He stood by his words about the 90 days warranty and asked me to get the car shipped. I got my car shipped from MD to his shop which he himself received and I was not there because of work situation. He fixed the transmission and did not even charge me anything for labour or anything else like oil changes etc. I even offered him money for at least oil changes that was not part of the Transmission warranty, however he did not accept it. I am writing this review after driving me car over 6k miles after Que fixed it for me in June. I highly recommend this place. Very honest and excellent customer service!! im going to start by saying that as a mom of 4 young kids, i never take the extra time to leave reviews. the engine in my car blew and needed the entire motor replaced. it was very difficult to find a mechanic to take on such a big job like this and not only did they do it, they did it for a great price, and in a matter of TWO days. i will absolutely be only coming here from now on for any of my car needs from small to big. not only was the job done great, the customer service experience alone makes this a place worth coming to. very well done all around. highly recommend! read more

Do not trust this repair shop!!! I came in from out of town for a routine oil change, after the man changed my oil and asked if I was local or not he told me I needed new rotors and brake pads and it'll cost me $600-$700 dollars!! I was shocked and almost went through with it seeing how I need to drive back home to NC. Luckily I didn't and when I took it to my local repair shop they said I still had more then half my brake pads and wouldn't need changed for at least 2 more years and defiantly not new rotors!!! THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN SUCH A SCAM! do not trust this repair shop especially without a second option!! I know it's the stereo type of a young girl going in and being taken advantage of!! He was very kind and nice to my face when he was lying. Do not get scammed! From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I made the right decision! Everyone in the shop is lovely. The owner takes his time to explain every detail of the car's issues before breaking down all the prices and best/cheapest options. He walks you through each step of the process and makes you feel so comfortable. He spent an entire at working on a part that would have taken a few days to order and was also more expensive. Great business. First, the mood is always friendly. Anybody who helps you shakes your hand and greets you with a smile. They talk to you while your car is inside so it's not like there is a looming awkwardness while you wait. The repairs are always great, never any problems. I feel good driving out of there knowing my car is taken care of. Once you get to know them the staff is great they'll hook you up with whatever you need.
