Never had issues here. Great conversations and knowledge to be had. Prices might be a little high but the knowledge compared to the big box places is worth it. A lot of the complaints here seem to be people who bought a part elsewhere and expected a service on the part, ie pressing a bearing, or someone who bought something and tried to return a used product. It turns out if you don't buy the bushings from them, therefore they will not press yours in. I had already removed the bushing. They just had to press the new one in. Went there for a part today he told me is was not the original part he was wrong I owed the car for 40 years then he got pissy and told we yo ho yo auto zone . Dont like calling people names but he was a big asshole.he's been there for ever , I had a problem with years ago , you don't treat people like that . Came here once to get a wheel bearing pressed out and in, they charged me 40 bucks which was totally worth it. Came back again for another one and they charged me 80 ! Same car same hub same bearing but skyrocketed price read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I just bought a part from this store. The salesman asked me for the part and I went and took it out of my vehicle to show him. He thanked me for showing him the old part so that he could match it up with the new part. I bought the part and put it right into the vehicle in front of the store. Unfortunately, the problem wasn't the part that I just bought. I walked back in and said this part isn't the problem. The store owner refused to refund my money. I told him it has been 30 seconds since my purchase and you watched me the entire time. He still refused to refund my money. I will NEVER return to this store. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I just brought back a battery I had purchased 11 months ago. I needed a just yesterday. The AAA service rep tested the alternator, generator and battery. He said the battery cell was shot. He started the car with a power charge and told me I should return the battery. The Mars rep tested the battery and said it tested fine, but he replaced it anyway and told me to clean the battery terminals. I placed the new battery in the car and experienced the same problem. I then cleaned the battery terminals and the car started right up. I went back to MARS to return the new battery and apologize. I was told to keep the new battery and clean the terminals in the future and checking the battery with a voltmeter occasionally could also be helpful. The MARS rep was courteous and helpful during the entire process. I have been to this store vinous times over the years and have always found this to be the case. read more
