Everything! I've been riding for over 40 years and purchased more motorcycles than I can remember…read more In all those years, I never had the pleasure of dealing with a "family" of people like the ones at Brooklyn Mayd Motorsport. The customer service was EXCELLENT, they spoke to me like a person not a customer and followed up with me at every turn. Thanks Roseann & Shawn your a great example to your son who will surely be the next owner.

He's slick talking and he's always 'giving you a deal'. I had a small throttle cable issue on my 03 Bonneville that only required taking the tank off and adjusting the position of the cable. I couldn't do it myself because I didn't have the tools to do it. Sean said they'd knock it out real quick and 'give me a deal'. When he handed me a bill for $280 I reluctantly paid that knowing I'd probably never come back there again. Also, next time I went to take my seat off, noticed that both stock Triumph seat bolts were gone and they just threw on 2 different bolts that weren't even the same length. I did buy brake pads from them once and they didn't over charge for those. I did the brake pad replacement myself tho... So maybe, if you need parts, see what they've got but don't have them touch your bike. Don't get your bike inspected there either. They'll charge you double what it costs

Solid new option for NYC motorcycle maintenance, repair and upgrades. CycleLove is a 40 min/$10…read moreMetroNorth Hudson line ride from Grand Central and the shop is a 3 min walk from the Hastings station. The bike shop is under an auto shop/state inspection garage (you can get your state inspection sticker added to service appt) on the corner of Washington & Warburton. About as easy as the Manhattan-Brooklyn ride with little traffic and a much nicer ride along the river. John was responsive on email and got me estimates within a day. Got new tires, fork seals, oil and brake fluid, chain and sprockets. Asked about major bearing clean/lube (headstock, swingarm, hubs) but John put the bike up and reported no play, noise or stiction. On the other hand although my tires had some tread left he caught some early warnings of dry rot. State inspection sticker was added on. Rates are fair, parts and tires shipped overnight and he stuck to the schedule and estimate. CC payment easy through a link in the estimate email. Seems to know Triumphs well, saw Japanese and Euro bikes in the shop. Happy with the service and quality of work at CycleLove.

Most of my reviews are on restaurants but I had to say something about this shop. I love my bike…read more ... and so finding a place you trust can be difficult. This time it wasn't. Small shop that's big on communication and transparency. John is a super chill mechanic who is responsive, honest and efficient. Slip on and regular maintenance job was done right for a fair price and no pretense. John's mellowed out demeanor makes it stress-free ... a real testament to the art and zen of motorcycle maintenance. Will be back for sure.

How are these people in business! I dropped off a tool to be fixed. The kid at the desk tells me…read more5 to 10 business days. I start calling after 2 weeks. It at least 4 subsequent calls to get a call back from the owner. He told me wo problem, he's working on it. 3 more weeks pass, nothing. THEY DON'T RETURN CALLS, which is all it would have taken. Today's call ended up getting heated. The useless kid at the desk told me to go fuck myself, then hung up on me. Then the tool wouldn't answer the phone so i could find out what time they were open. literally after a dozen calls back he finally answers. I told him i was coming to get the tool. I get to the store and it's on the floor just inside the front door with not a soul in sight. What garbage! Now you wrote back "Eric K. Business Owner Aug 8, 2025 Thanks for your generous words Tony. You brought a peace of equipment in that was battery operated with no battery. How in the world are we suppose to test and diagnose the unit with out the power source for the machine. I'm the owner I called you personally the same day that you dropped it off. Don't disrespect my employee on the phone. That is why he told you to come get your unit and take elsewhere thanks buddy. Hopefully we will see you soon" My words were not generous enough my friend. In fact I had the battery with me when I brought it to your so called shop. I asked the kid if he needed it, he said NO. Next, if you called me, why wouldn't you have asked me for the battery? As far as your useless employee, and I say useless because he didn't even know how to provide me with a receipt when I dropped off my tool. I disrespect no one, until they disrespect me. Get your shit together, especially before you try to threaten someone.

These people are terrible. I realized the hard way that all the bad reviews about them were true!…read moreThey are legit scammers. They charged me 60 bucks and told me my bike was good after 2 weeks being there, then when I when to pick it up the bike wouldn't start and the gas hose was not connected to the carb property. I left the bike there and after another week of me begging them to work on my bike they said "We haven't work on many of these were running out of options" Long story short I picked up my bike, they never gave me my 60 dollars back when I took off the tank to see if they even took apart the carburetor they didn't do anything other than throw carb cleaner at it. They made me go through 2 brand new batteries cuz they don't know how to use a digital multimeter had to change the voltage regulator on my bike. Common sense, most of these stuff is so simple when I checked the spark plug it looked like it was clearly burnt so I got another one for like 3 dollars and the bike started right the fuck up. I don't know much about bikes that's why I bring my 03 ktm 625cc to a shop so that I don't fuck it up myself and they don't even bother to check the spark plug most importantly tight the gas hose to the carb in a safe way. SCAMMERS. Terrible work ethic. Shows that anybody could own a shitty business in this country. I'm not mechanic but I will always try to work on my bikes/car the best I can so that I don't have to deal with clowns like these!
